A new two bedroom apartment in Kostanjica, Montenegro with captivating view of the sea and famous landmark of the Kotor Boka bay's Our Lady of the Rocks and St George islands (UNESCO protected area).
The apartment is located just 1.2km from Lepetani - Kamenari ferry crossing, very easy access from Tivat and Dubrovnik airports.
The apartment is brand new with real marble and Travertino stone floors throughout, all the furniture is new.
The kitchen is well equipped with new toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob & oven and built in fridge / freezer, granite worktops.
All the necessary kitchenware is provided.
The apartment's large terrace offers stunning views of the Boka bay and famous "Our Lady of the Rocks" and "St George" islands.
When you feel lazy just take lift two floors up to the communal swimming pool which also offers great views and it's filled with fresh sea water!

Access to the village's private beach in front of the apartment (short 3-5 mins walk down the steps).
Tennis court is very short distance from the apartment (fee applicable).
There are four restaurants within short walking distance: Ribar, Providenca - on site, Catovica Mlini in Morinj and Verige 65.
Local market selling home made produce held in small town Risan is open every Sunday (approx 15mins by car).
Luxury yachting resort Porto Montenegro is approx 25-30mins by car (time including short ferry crossing).
Old town Kotor is located approx 25-30mins by car.
Herceg Novi town is located approx 20mins by car towards Dubrovnik.

Beautiful apartment with stunning view

The apartment, which overlooks the bay, provides a glorious view of the crystal clear bay and surrounding mountains. It had all of the conveniences we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were good restaurants, a convenient shop for essential food and household items, and lounge chairs on the beach. The area is so beautiful it almost seems unreal. Marija was extremely helpful and responded immediately when contacted. We would definitely stay there again.
