Ideally located on Verdun Avenue, the Plaza Terrace is just 200 m from the Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrian street and its restaurants.

It is a large, contemporary apartment recently renovated and air-conditioned, spanning 110 square metres. Moreover, it is situated in a 5-star hotel in the heart of Nice. The rooftop is of course accessible, where you will find the "SEEN", a restaurant & bar offering a unique culinary experience with an internationally inspired menu.

Dear Mr Obarcanin, Thank you so much for you nice review , yes this apartment is very nice , nearby everything no need for a car !! 5 minutes from the beach and very nice sea view!
