2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms Villa, near the Sea, Garden, AC, 10 minutes from Cefalu

The villa is new and is located on a private road with direct access to the main beach.

Villa Ischia Unit 3 has a large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, table, sofa and TV, a bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower (one inside and one outside right next to the terrace) and a second large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the mezzanine. A sofa bed is available in the living room.
Unit 3 can accommodate up to 7 adults and a baby in a cot. There is a nice veranda and an outdoor kitchen in front of the living area, ideal for breakfast or other meals.

The villa benefits from an outdoor area and a fenced garden with lawn, plants and trees, ideal for children to play without worrying that they go on the road. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off sand when returning from the beach. You can also park your car inside the property.

You will have the chance to get the best out of your holiday, enjoying the outdoor spaces, making a barbecue with family or friends, enjoying the sea, the sun and the warmth of Sicily!

Near the villa, at very short distances on foot you will find some restaurants / pizzerias, bars, mini-market (open during the summer), a Supermarket and the Train station.

Fijn huisje met een heerlijke tuin. Je loopt zo naar het strand, waar je ook strandtenten en restaurants zijn. Goede locatie om een deel van het eiland te zien. De eigenaar was erg behulpzaam en flexibel! Wij zouden zeker het huis aanbevelen.

Gemütliches Haus am Meer

Perfekte Lage, 2 min zu Fuß zum Strand mit Restaurants und Bars. Supermarkt 5 min mit dem Auto, der mobile Bäcker kommt jeden Morgen in die Strasse. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche drinnen und Außenküche mit Gasherd und Kohlegrill. Also alles da, was 4 Personen brauchen. Der Manager gibt sehr brauchbare Tipps für die Umgebung und ist auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und Check out sehr gut, wir haben‘s genossen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Kleines, aber feines, topp ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Garten, 100 m zum Strand und sehr guter Ausgangslage für Touren in die Umgebung, auch mit der Bahn. Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe, gute Verkehrsanbindungen, dennoch eine herrliche Ruhe im Ferienhaus. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und viele Ausflüge nach Cefalu, Palermo und in die Bergdörfer der Madonie gemacht. Paolo hat uns jederzeit sehr gut betreut und uns mit Ideen für Unternehmungen und Restaurantbesuche unterstützt. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Belle maison non loin de la mer

Superbe séjour, dans une maison confortable, avec joli jardin clos avec parking et très bien équipée. La mer est située au bout de la rue. Sa position centrale permet d'aller à Palerme, Céfalu et le beau parc delle Madonie. Notre séjour en début de saison (en avril pour Pâques), a été mis en difficulté par le transport maritime qui ne nous a pas permis d'arriver à l'heure convenue,nous sommes arrivés extrêmement tard dans la nuit du dimanche. Cependant le gérant, qui est resté facilement joignable a tout à fait compris notre inquiétude face à cette situation. Il nous a envoyer les instructions précises pour entrer en autonomie. Il a eu la délicatesse de nous mettre à disposition quelques provisions car le lendemain était férié. Le lendemain (jour de Pâques) il est venu pour l'accueil, nous donner des informations sur la région et les commerces de proximité. Il a également géré un petit problème inhérent au début de saison puisque nous étions les premiers à réoccuper la maison. Personne très agréable, parlant très bien le français ce qui était une bonne et agréable surprise pour nous. Le gérant, ainsi que la propriétaire sont très efficace face aux imprévus. Bravo.Merci à vous pour ce séjour.

Top Lage mit allem was man braucht; Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen zu Fuß schnell erreichbar; Strand ganz nach 50-100 Meter entfernt; Terrassen, Außenküche und Bad top; Rest klein aber für den Urlaub absolut ausreichend. Immer wieder eine Reise Wert :)

Schöne Villa in direkter Nähe zum Strand

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Haus. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt, da wir mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter verreist sind. Wir haben eigentlich die ganze Zeit draußen verbracht und waren nur zum schlafen drinnen. Die Außenküche ist super und wir haben mit den vorhandenen Liegestühlen am Haus und am Meer super entspannen können. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und auch Restaurants. Da wir im Oktober da waren waren die Bars am Strand leider geschlossen, dafür waren wir die meiste Zeit alleine am Strand. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen und auch mit dem Check in und dem Check Out hat alles super funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nos adolescents ont apprécié la proximité de la plage ( environ 300 m ) . Bonnes prestations avec 2 terrasse appréciables et sa localisation nous a permis de visiter la côte nord assez facilement

Mooi huis en interessante locatie

Een rustige buurt op een paar passen van zee, een mooi huis met tuin, de bakker die dagelijks aan huis komt, wat kan een mens meer verlangen om een zorgeloze en deugddoende vakantie door te brengen. Alle was voorhanden, al is de badkamer aan renovatie toe. Aan te raden.

Mooie uitvalbasis voor het bezoeken van highlights in de omgeving.

Leuk huis met heerlijke tuin en fijn terras meubilair. Dicht bij het (kiezel) strand met hier en daar een plek zand. Bij het huisje parasols aanwezigheid voor op het strand incl. strandlakens. Tevens een nette buitendouche voor na het zwemmen. Uitrusting in huisje is goed met twee prima werkende airco's waardoor het lekker koel is. Wat tegenviel was dat het niet brandschoon was en zeker de douchecel, wastafel en wasmachine waren niet fris. In de douche zeer veel schimmel. Dat was dus voor ons een negatieve ervaring. Voor de rest wel genoten.

Piacevole soggiorno in Sicilia

Abbiamo trascorso 2 piacevoli settimane nella villetta. L'alloggio è ben descritto nell'annuncio, confortevole, vicino alla spiaggia come desideravamo. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole e tranquillo. La spiaggia era praticamente deserta ma uno dei piccoli stabilimenti era ancora in funzione e quindi ne abbiamo potuto usufruire. Paolo ed Aurelie sono stati sempre gentili, puntuali e disponibili per check in, check out e altre richieste.
