On the main floor large hall with closet, 3 pc bathroom, large new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room & large family/living room, wood burning fireplace, 55" smart TV over fireplace, WIFI available.
On the second floor, all bedrooms with beautiful views to treed lot and Lake Erie, laundry room and 3pc bath. Hardwood & tile throughout.
On the third floor, gorgeous master bedroom with seating area, 1 King bed, closet & 4pc master en-suite. Hardwood & tile throughout with spectacular beach and lake views.
Outdoor porch with ample space to escape the sun without compromising the views. BBQ area and outdoor dining. Step down to the beach and enjoy the sand and the crystal clear water Lake Erie has to offer. Shallow and safe for swimming with white sandy bottom. This home is available for rental year round.

You won’t be disappointed with a stay at Sandy Bottoms. Even better in person than the pictures! Sparkling clean, great amenities and a view to take your breath away. Communication with Sherley prior to and during the stay was terrific.

Amazing beach vacation

Highly recommend this property. It is even more beautiful in person. Spent time with family and enjoyed the private beach everyday. Not only is the location amazing the inside has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Incredible stocked kitchen. And amazing host.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was perfect! The house is lovely and the view spectacular . It has everything you need and Sherley was very attentive to our needs asking if we needed anything and always just a text away. We plan on going back again next year!

We had a group of 12 women who stayed for 2 nights Feb 1-3 for a 35 birthday party for my daughter, Even thought it was the winter , everything was Fabulous. The house was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The house had every thing we needed and the beds were comfy. We are will be back next year for sure!

Birthday weekend

A friend had stayed here last year and highly recommended the property, knew it would be what I was looking for and she was right! The setting could not be more perfect! The house and the amenities were great, don't know what would have made it better. Also, Sherley was great, checking in to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. I look forward to next time!

This was our family’s best vacation ever!! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of space for game nights and the beach was great. We were lucky to have a storm roll in and with lots of windows it was very much enjoyed ;) The communication with our host couldn’t have been better. Any question I had was promptly answered and I never felt like a bother. For my family of varying teenage years, the fact they all want to go back next year is amazing. Thank you so very much 😊

Above and beyond beach house

We had an incredible Easter weekend at this beautiful beach house. The house itself has been carefully rehabbed with an international elegance and an eye for quality. The top floor, master bedroom is especially noteworthy. The bathroom is gorgeous and the views and sounds of the lake make sleeping (and waking up) especially nice. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is new, perfect, and well organized. The owners have thought of everything and have planned every convenience for you. The house is beautifully organized and everything is in its place. There are toys to play with on the beach, games to play with in the living room and the house is fully furnished with towels and bedding. They even provided Kuerig pods for the coffee maker. We ended each evening watching the sun set while sitting in the hot tub. Now, we are eager to either book a trip here more often or find a beach house of our own. Thanks, Sherley, for a beautiful weekend!

Even better than the pictures!

Our week was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. The home looked like something from a magazine, yet was completely comfortable and cozy. Sherley was fantastic and was available if we needed anything. Even though the weather was only in the high 60s and the surf a bit "choppy" per locals, we had a great time in the lake. You could walk out at least a 100 feet with it only to your knees. The sand was soft and clean, but if we didn't feel like the beach, the hot tub was a wonderful place to relax. The location was great...close to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Port Colborne, etc. The Saturday Farmer's market in Ridgeway was lovely and everyone was super friendly. The kitchen was a dream and had everything you could want or need. The bathrooms were all spa like and the beds...oh the beds, so comfortable. The outdoor living was spacious and comfortable with wonderful views. There were 6 adults and 6 kids and everyone was able to find their own place to chill out. My regret...not being able to stay longer. We would all definetely return.

Beyond wonderful weekend

Truly perfect - everything you could possibly need was thought of. Spent a truly relaxing few days with friends sitting on the deck, walking on the beach, and hanging out by the fire. Great for a group of friends or for family. Clean, spacious and luxurious.

We enjoyed everything about this vacation!! Sherley was absolutely wonderful to work with. The home was beautiful, well equipped and extremely clean. She thought of it all! Just Wonderful!

We had such an amazing time. The photos of this property on the listing are beautiful but believe it or not, it is even more gorgeous in real life. Everything we needed was there, and easy to find in this carefully organized house. The beach was amazing and the large deck was perfect for sprawling on in the afternoon sun. Sherley was a fantastic host. We hope to make this a yearly girls trip and had a really wonderful stay.

A great spot for a larger group. Quiet area. About 30' from Niagara Falls. Beautiful view. Fantastic deck space. Very well equipped. Super modern remodel. All bedrooms are upstairs which worked fine for us but might not work for everybody. The owners were very easy to communicate with. A true 5 stars.

Growing up in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, it was hard to imagine that I would find a little piece of paradise right here in Canada. Family, friends, sun and sand...all I ever wanted.

Why they chose this property

We have lived in the Greater Toronto area for over 20 years and enjoyed all of our summers in Muskoka, so we were very pleased to find a beautiful waterfront property so close to Toronto, with all the amenities in the vicinity but still being a place to get away and relax. We fell in love with the white sand on the shoreline and the shallow waters of Lake Erie.
