Beautiful villa individual in Oliva-Nova Golf available for 8-9 people, to 400 metres from the beach, with individual swimming pool, Garden, Internet ADSL-Wifi free, Tv SAT, two double bedrooms and one wooden with sofa bed, sofa bed in living room, possibility of extra bed, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and toilet in the loft, kitchen with appliances, large living room, quiet, large areas sports and children's, 18-hole golf course appointed by Severiano Ballesteros and pich putt, golf course court practices, tennis courts, ressort, broad avenues to walk. The village has air conditioning cold/hot rooms, wardrobes, stoneware pottery, ceramics, kitchen Office, furnished, electrical appliances, oven, barbecue, Ironing Board, washing machine, microwave, fridge, TV. Foreign: garden and private swimming pool, sports area, area child, small shops with supermarket, Bank, bars and restaurants, laundry, hair dresser, pharmacy area. The beach is several kilometers long and many of them, is fringed by dunes. She can do aquatic sports: swimming, windsurfing. Urbanization is located between the cities of Oliva and Denia. funt time for everyone

We had a wonderful time at the house with the garden and pool and the beach only a short walk down the street. The owners were very nice and easy to reach. It´s a great location for trips to places nearby such as Guadalest, Dénia, Las Fuentes del Algar.

Maison petite

Attention aux voyageurs, cette maison est adaptée pour 4 personnes, pas plus comme mentionné sur l'annonce (jusqu'à 8 personnes). Climatiseur dans chaque piece Il y a 2 bonnes chambres qui sont correctes à part le matelas d'une très inconfortable (on sent tous les ressorts). La 3ème qui pourrait accueillir 2 personnes de plus (ados seulement) est à l'étage pas du tout pratique avec escalier en colimaçon à l'extérieur qui comprend un canapé non convertible avec un petit lit rajouté devant et sans douche, contient un wc et un lavabo (les draps étaient tachés). Au salon il y a un canapé convertible mais impossible d'y dormir car aucun volet aux fenêtres pour protéger du jour. La cuisinee est très petite avec un lave vaisselle qui lave très très mal, nous avons du tout relaver à la main. La table extérieure ne peut accepter que 6 convives et non pas 8, il y a que 2 transats et la piscine est une piscinette de 6m x 3m. La plage n'est pas du tout à 400 m impossible d'y aller à pieds en plein été sous une forte chaleur elle est environ à 1 km 200. L'hôte a assez vite répondu suite à notre demande car le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas et le petit lit à l'étage manquait 3 lattes, elle a tout fait changer à neuf. Par contre j'ai demandé une facture que je n'ai jamais eu malgré les nombreuses demandes.

Het contact met de eigenares en zoon is werkelijk fantastisch. we hadden een late vlucht maar konden tot 16.00 in het huis blijven, het huis heeft in principe alles wat je nodig hebt. strand en winkels dichtbij. bezienswaardigheden iets verder rijden ( ca 45 min). Wij willen zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

séjour horrible

séjour au mois de janvier , j'avais bien demandé à ce que le chauffage soit mis un peu avant notre arrivée . Ce qui n'a pas été fait . Aucun radiateur ne fonctionnait dans les salles de bain qui étaient glaciales . Dans les pièces à vivre certains radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas non plus .Nous avons laissé des messages ( sms et mails ) aux loueurs mais personne ne répondait . Une fois que le paiement a été fait , plus aucune réponse de leur part et les numéros de tel communiqués étaient erronés. Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre séjour et impossible de joindre quelqu'un pour rendre les clés , nous avons du les laisser dans la boite aux lettres. Ce n'est pas du tout sérieux ! le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas , le frigidaire et congélateur étaient sales . Les couvertures d'une propreté très douteuse . Et les prises électriques vétustes .Dans l'ensemble tout est vieillot . Pas de place de parking sécurisée. Mais le pire reste tout de même le silence total et des interlocuteurs inexistants !

Cesar the owner was brilliant from first point of call then it all went down hill kitchen sink blocked took 2 days to sort it out then the support in window fell out wasn’t secured properly jacuzzi in the bathroom wasn’t working Anita the host sent somebody round with keys which kept us waiting outside for 30 mins then turned up drunk the property was dirty inside We ended up coming home early as we was fed up with the issues

A lovely house

Loved our stay so much we immediately booked a return visit. The pool, house, heating, garden, beach, TV sat, golf, tennis, equestrian area were all excellent, plenty of things to do for all of the family. But the house is very quiet. Really enjoyed our week at OlivaNovaGreenHouse

Une propiétaire surprenante au téléphone, de visu une femme exceptionelle, agréable, travailleuse, une femme de qualité à l'image de la maison qu'elle propose, pas de surprise, tout y est, un confort irréprochable, 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains et une petite toilette, Tv TNT, internet, ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, deux cafetières, four, micro-ondes, etc....avec un environement bien entretenue et de qualité, piscine propre, jardin, parking à la porte de la maison.... A noter que tout est à proximité. Une plage inmense à 0,5 km, des commerces tout proche, la ville d'Oliva, où il y a des courts de tennis de terre batue, à 3 km. Nous pouvons dire: un séjour de qualité et agréable

tres bonnes vacances

Mes amies et moi avons passé un bon moment à Oliva. Nous recherchions le calme, la tranquillité et la douceur de vivre et ce fut le cas! La villa est superbe et très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Très bon emplacement au calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Vacances inoubliables!!!!!Je recommande !!!!

Unas buenas vacaciones

La casa nos gustó mucho. Es muy tranquila. Estuvimos 3 matrimonios. La casa estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Nos gustó mucho el jardin y la piscina. La playa es inmensa y no hay problema en ir andando.
