This three-storey house with garden and 4 bedrooms 30 km from the city of Barcelona, is ideal for those families or groups of friends who wish to visit Barcelona and surroundings but at the same time stay in a spacious and spacious front house in a quiet environment and natural
The house is 30 km from Barcelona, 20 km from the Monastery of Montserrat, 25 km from the caves of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, 25 km from the Gaudí Crypt in Colonia Güell, 50 km from Sitges and 60 km from the province from Tarragona.
Although officially the house can accommodate 14 people ´ according to the tourist license, this house can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The kitchen is spacious and the dining room and living room are too.
It has three floors but if you come with an older person you will not have problems since you are prepared for it.
At 5 minutes you will find the municipal water center with indoor, outdoor pools, spa, gym and sports center for public use.
The three station is a 5 minute walk with direct connection to the Barcelona Plaza España station.

Perfect place for families

The villa is specious and in an excellent location. Easy access from Barcelona with a car. There is also a Train station 5 minutes walk. The kitchen is probably the best one we ever seen in a vacation rentals. Very comfortable and equipped with everything required for home cooking. The rooms where very comfortable and the yard is very nice to seat in whenever it is sunny. Susana is a perfect host, attentive and welcoming. She gave us detailed explanations about the villa when checking in and we didn't need to contact her during our stay. We highly recommend the villa for large groups.

Weekend break with the girls

We booked this house for a weekend city break in Barcelona. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly want or need. If you are restricted to a small bag there is no need to worry about packing shower gel/shampoo/laundry liquid/dishwasher tabs as everything was there. Amazingly well stocked. The only slight issue we had was that we couldn’t find a train that got us into Barcelona in less than 55 minutes. It felt like a lot of our precious time was spent on a train. Also no sign of an hot tub but this could be a seasonal thing. Other than that the property was faultless and the hosts were utterly charming. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons eté bien reçu, la seule chose est que SUZANNE et XAVIER ont été un peu rapide et n'ont pas pu tout nous dire à notre arrivée (le code wifi, la taxe séjour)A part cela , la maison est dans l'ensemble bien confortable, sauf 2 chambres ou la climatisation faisait énormément de bruit ; il a fallu que l'on achète 2 ventilateur beaucoup plus silencieux ; nous avons constaté aussi une fuite au syphon de l'évier de la cuisine que l'on a tout de suite déclaré au propriétaire. mais dans l'ensemble le séjour s'est bien déroulé.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht,z.B. Hygieneartikel , Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze und eine gut sortierte Küchenausstattung sind vorhanden . Für Kinder gibt es sehr viele Spielsachen . Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns toll unterstützt bei einer unangenehmen Urlaubskrankheit. Der Bahnhof ist sehr nah und so kann man auch ohne Auto viel unternehmen. Vielen Dank, wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.👍

Todo estuve Perfecto, los dueños son muy amables y la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar súper cómodo. Lo único que recomendaría a otros huéspedes es que vayan con vehículo porque queda un poco alegado de supermercados o actividades turísticas para moverse a pie o transporte público.

Magnifique maison

Magnifique maison accolée proche toutes commodités (2 min a pied de la gare pour barcelone et proche sites magnifiques comme Montserrat, sitges,...etc). Nous louons souvent sur abritel mais nous avons rarement eu une maison aussi bien équipée et aussi propre !! Bravo aux propriétaires pour leur serieux et leur gentillesse !

Tout le confort possible dans un cadre paisible

Juin 2023 à Abrera

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 12 nuitées dans cette maison spacieuse, agréable, confortable et très propre. La maison est située dans un quartier calme avec d'un côté, une vue sur la campagne, à cinq minutes à pied de la gare ferroviaire. Les trains régionaux mènent directement au centre de Barcelone, ce qui nous a permis de laisser nos deux véhicules dans l'espace fermé parking-garage. Par ailleurs, la localisation d'Abrera permet des escapades rapides vers la campagne ou la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Susana et Javier, les propriétaires, leur disponibilité, leurs suggestions et conseils qui nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour.

Relación calidad precio excepcional

La casa tiene todo tipo de comodidades, muy completa en general. El único pero que le pondría sería el sofá del comedor que es bastante incómodo pero por lo demás, casa muy recomendable.

El mes pasado compramos un sofá muy cómodo motorizado que nos lo están fabricando y que recibiremos en mayo. Ya colgaremos las imágenes. Wundervoller Urlaub

Vielen Dank Susana! Das Haus ist wunderschön. Wir hatten mit 8 Leuten mehr als genug Platz. Susana spricht fließend deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr vereinfacht hat. Ihr Mann ist auch wahnsinnig freundlich und hat uns sogar nachts vom Flughafen abgeholt. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und die Küche ist überragend ausgestattet. Bahnhof und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar.

Het huisje in Abrera

We zijn naar dit huisje gekomen tijdens een ook voor Spanje uitzonderlijk warme en droge periode. Het huisje beantwoord volledig aan de beschrijving op de site. alle slaapkamers en de leefruimte beschikken over airco. De keuken is goed uitgerust en er is voldoende servies voor een verblijf van 8 personen. Ook de Wifi is van erg goede kwaliteit. de kleinste tweepersoonskamer was wel wat moeilijker te koelen. Het huisje bevindt zich wel in een woonwijk, dus dien je wel rekening te houden met de buren ’s avonds. Maar dit kan je reeds duidelijk zien op de foto’s, dus weet je vooraf. Het is interessant gelegen als uitvalsbasis naar de omgeving met een station op twee minuten wandelen (de trein geeft geen geluidshinder) en de oprit naar de autostrade op drie minuten rijden (evenmin geluidshinder). Susana is een erg vriendelijke en bezorgde gastvrouw die regelmatig informeerde naar hoe we ons verblijf ervaarden en tips gaf over uitstapjes, restaurantjes en waar en hoe we deze het beste zouden organiseren. Ook informeerde ze zelf naar wat ze nog zouden kunnen verbeteren voor hun gasten bij een volgend verblijf en dit is toch zoals het moet, niet? Kortom, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf, Dank je Susana
