3 bathrooms (1 of them ensuite of main bedroom), 2 kitchens - main kitchen well equipped: main kitchen: large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceran cooker, elecrtic oven, toaster, kettle... second kitchen in the basement; large terrace with panoramic views, garden area, private swimming pool. Parking beside the house. WiFi. Distance to the beach ca. 1.6Km

Also: billiard table (french) on the covered terrace - "party kitchen" completely equipped (gas fire, sink, ...) near to the swimming-pool and the bedroom downfloor. Extra room with washing mashine - Internet access broad band - high quality eqipped villa - very private - Air Conditioning in all bedrooms.

A weeks base to play golf

This villa was just what we needed as a base for a weeks golf. The property is in a very quiet peaceful area It has every oh need Only slight negatives were: some of the drinking glasses were dirty, villa is up in the hills so you need a car to go out. Buy this can also be a positive as it is so peaceful. The property is full of personal belongings and big outdated but is n Spain Overall extremely good value for money (between 6 of us for a week) comfortable, quiet, lovely outdoor space

3 Generation family holiday

The property had great living and leisure options and a lovely pool. Having a full kitchen downstairs next to the pool was really useful. Our party was 2 children (4 & 5), parents and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the property would have comfortably suited 2 more at least. Wieland our host was extremely responsive to all our needs and corrected any little glitches asap. He was very accommodating of our late arrival due to issues with baggage and hire cars and ensured we were shown where to get something to eat even though it was past 10pm. We would definitely go again. The property is a little way from beaches and main town, which suited us perfectly as quiet and peaceful so a car would be needed really as 20 minute walk to beach area.

We hebben een mooie fietsvakantie beleefd in Mojacar. De villa is ruim en gelegen in een rustige buurt. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Der perfekte Ort für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Wer dem deutschen Schmuddelherbst entfliehen will, kann sich hier mehr als wohlfühlen! Auch im November noch angenehme Temperaturen und ein tolles Haus mit Atmosphäre und vielen Möglichkeiten, auch für unseren Hund. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht mehr brandneu, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Verwalter war sehr sympathisch und immer für uns da. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

A lovely villa with a very friendly and efficient manager

The villa and pool is in a lovely location on the outskirts of Mojacar playa. The villa is well equipped and because of the extreme temperatures the air conditioning provided was an absolute necessity. Would recommend the use of a car and maybe the bed linen be updated but all in all a lovely villa and we had a great holiday thank you.

Fantastic private property

A beautiful property in a great location for us - far enough from the hustle & bustle to be quiet and peaceful but near enough to access the beaches and bars/restaurants. Would recommend a car as it is a bit of a walk down in the heat. Split level accommodation was good for our extended family. Pool was amazing! Great communication with the owner, any questions/problems were dealt with promptly! All-in-all an amazing week in beautiful Mojacar! (Inside picture online do not do the property justice!)
