Come and enjoy a relaxing time at Brigantine Beach. Located a short walk to the beach, this custom built home was designed with that large family or multiple family vacation in mind. Lots of bedroom space and sleeping accommodations along with plenty of common space. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, counter bar and stainless steel appliances. Let the kids use the separate Studio on the second floor with it's own minibar with fridge and microwave oven. With 7 bedrooms, there is plenty of space to sleep. The bunk room can sleep up to 9 if the kids all want to bunk together. Soak in the outdoors on one of the 5 decks. Get some quiet time to catch up on your reading in the reading nook. Relax in one of the two whirlpool tubs. The house is located within walking distance to ice cream shops, restaurants and shopping. Brigantine is a great family location with wide beaches and without the crowds of Ocean City and other shore towns.

Annual family vacation

Beautiful home. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach

Very accommodating home for our family. We had fantastic weather so we hit the beach everyday but Friday. The carts and chairs were great. We parked and had easy access to the handicap entrance on 34th which we needed for our granddaughter.

215 35th Street South Brigantine

This property had everything you need for a great week at the beach. There were carts to take provided beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach tags for walks to the beach. The house had all the cooking supplies you needed as well as an easy-to-use gas grill for cookouts. Plenty of bedrooms, queen size beds, for my adult kids and 3 grandchildren. The decks were great too.

The Reardon home had everything we needed for our large family and it is close to a wonderful bakery and ice cream .. we will be back !

Why they chose this property

Brigantine is a great family location. Short walk to a great beach without the crowds. Boardwalk and adult activities within a short drive. You won't find many properties out there that are this well suited for multiple family gatherings. There is ample bed space and large common areas. With a nice bunk room and second family room there are opportunities for those times when the kids and adults want to do different activities!
