A holiday apartment which is a part of a small holiday centre right by the sea. Enjoy the view of the water and harbour from the terrace. The house has a personal touch. The living room has an open connection to the kitchen. In walking distance to the harbour where you find shops and restaurants. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Lage/Aussicht Top - Unterhaltung und Hygiene flop

Aufgrund des Preises und der Ausstattung nicht viel erwartet aber Hygiene, Ruhe und Sicherheit vorausgesetzt. Leider konnte man das Alter des Teppichs richen. Darüber hinaus standen auf ihm diverse Köderboxen für Ameisen. Die Haustüre ließ sich von außen nicht abschließen. Wir fanden total verdreckte Badematten, eine nicht gesäuberte Toilette, eine ungepflegte Terrasse, einen braunen Abfluss, diverse staubige Oberflächen etc vor. Die betreuende Agentur vor Ort (Dan Center) hat es nicht geschafft die Mängel zu beseitigen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit putzen, ekeln und warten verbracht und sind vorzeitig abgereist. Schade, das diese eigentlich schöne Wohnung so schlecht betreut wird.

Schlichte Apartment

Wir waren tagsüber viel unterwegs und brauchten die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen. Die Wohnung hat uns genau das geboten, eine Schlafgelegenheit und grundlegende Ausstattung zum kochen. Wer auf der Suche nach einer einfachen Unterkunft ist, die den Geldbeutel nicht zu sehr belastet, ist hier richtig.

Für 4 Personen zu klein, 2 richtige Betten im Eingang war ok, Sofa zu hart und täglich auf und abbauen habe ich mit 2 Kindern sein gelassen. Wir waren 3 Personen mit Taschen für 1 Woche, richtig Platz dafür war nicht.

Baustellen am Deich sind leider nur von einer Seite aus beschildert (Juvre), von Toftum aus aber nicht, sodass es zu Problemen kam (große Fahrzeuge und ein Fahrrad???).
