About this property

Spacious lakefront home in private gated community offering beautiful vistas of Lake Tahoe and Sierras from every room! Large outdoor hot tub. Short walk to marina, restaurants, bars, and shopping. One mile to Heavenly Ski Resort and Casinos. Separate guest house is occupied by our son, he will assist with any questions or problems but will otherwise be out of sight. Maximum of five to six cars allowed, depending on size of vehicles. There is no street or additional parking in the gated community. Six bedrooms and four full baths. Five queen beds, two twin beds, one queen sleeper sofa, two small sleeper sofas for children. Open living, dining, and kitchen area, great for group gatherings.

Wonderful home in a beautiful location

Lake Tahoe is incredible. This house exhibits that. It’s both convenient to locations while being in an area that provides solitude. Our family of multiple adults and kids enjoyed our stay. The large table for family dinners was incredible.

Best week ever!

Absolutely amazing property and location. Hosts are very accommodating. House is spacious and well planned for large family gatherings. Private beach, large yards, hot tub...this property has it all ..and it's located right in the middle of South Lake Tahoe...but being in a private gated community you don't feel the hustle and bustle of the area. Literally walking distance from everything in South Lake. Truly magical property and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Location

Stayed in ski season, less than a mile from the lifts. The house is right on the lake, which makes for a wonderful beginning and end to the day! Check in and communications with the hosts were very straightforward and helpful. Highly recommend this home and hosts year round!

We have enjoyed boating, hiking, biking, and skiing in Tahoe for 40 years. It's great to have lots of outdoor activities and some fabulous entertainment options provided throughout the city as well.

Why they chose this property

Lots of open space, the lake and beach on the north side, a meadow on the south side, treed vacant lot on the east side, and small neighbors home on the west side. Quiet streets for walking and biking in this gated neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located with easy access to whats going on in town yet also has lots of natural vegetation and wildlife in this 100 acre historic subdivision.
