Newly refurbished and large apartment located only 30 metres from Las Canteras Beach. Being on a second floor*, this 2 bedroomed apartment with two bathrooms holds all necessary features to feel like home away from home.

Fully equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV,dining area and small balcony that offers lateral views over the sea and Las Canteras Beach.

There is air condition in both bedrooms! This one of our best properties, full of comfort, thought for our most demanding customers. Las Canteras Beach is one of the best city beaches in Spain holding 3 km length. The promenade boasts a lively ambience full of shops, restaurants, and all you may need on foot!

* Not recommended for PRM, second floor, no elevator.

*** A security deposit of 400€ is required for incidentals.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

**Late check in carry the following extra charges:

The apartment is delightful - even nicer than it looks in the photos. Very comfortable and well equipped, with everything you need for a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The location is also perfect: just a minute's walk from the lovely beach of Las Canteras and very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, etc. We were made very welcome and would love to stay again, if we are every in Gran Canaria.

Heel gezellig appartement, comfortabele bedden, mooie keuken met alles erop en eraan. De ligging is ideaal, aan het strand en dicht bij de supermarkt, restaurantjes en bars. Alles super proper. Bij aankomst werd ik onthaald door Cecilia, een zeer sympathieke en vriendelijke dame en kreeg ik alle uitleg die ik nodig had en veel interessante tips. Ik zou zeker terug logeren in dit appartement.

Vår vistelse var helt perfekt! Lägenheten var stor och bekväm. Värden var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget är helt perfekt, ett par meter till stranden, nära till butiker, massor av restauranger i gång avstånd, och bra avstånd till busshålssplatser. Köket var välutrustat, vi saknade inget under våran vistelse. Rummen var stora, sängarna bekväma. Rent och fräscht när vi kom. Ett stort plus var att det fanns strabdstolar, parasol och strandleksaker att låna! Skulle vi återvända till Las Palmas skulle jag utan tvekan välja Carlos boende igen!
