Skylark, first floor, hill top holiday accommodation with Cornish countryside views front and back. Its just a great value self-catering holiday accommodation for exploring north west Cornwall and Devon.

Included in the price is beds made up for arrival, towels, cleaning products and tea towels, fresh flowers and the much-loved cream teas!!

Close to great dog friendly beaches and iconic seaside locations like Bude, Boscastle, Tintagnel & Clovelly its ideal for walkers or for families. The Milky Way Adventure Park and North Devon Wake Park are both less than 20 mins by car and offer great days out if you need a break from the beaches.

Please note there are stairs to reach the property.

There is an electric card meter but a credit will be left for your stay.

Loved everything about yhis property, plus a lovely view, every essential thought of even fresh milk in the fridge and cream teas, who could ask for more , convenient for local shops, take aways best chippy ever and a lovely pub The London who do great meals , you carnt go wrong with this property. X

Your safe with us! We are Sarah & Clive from Hampshire, we love holidays, with 7 siblings between us from previous marriages we understand how difficult holidays can be for a number of reasons. We personally own this property and have a very large portfolio of mainly managed properties in Selsey, Pagham and Kilkhampton, Bude so are very experienced in the holiday let industry. We have John and Kelly from Kilkhampton village (2 mins by car) who look after & clean the property for us.

The area has amazing beaches & towns and it’s not too far west it takes forever to get there.

What makes this property unique

Front and back views over Cornish countryside are a lovely extra. The views of the Combe Valley countryside whilst cooking breakfast are just great.
