Apartment 95, located on the 5th floor in semi-detached condominium with elevator. The apartment is equipped with all appliances (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning in every room, TV, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, ironing board). Breakfast, sheets, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap included. Tram 14 and red metro to access the Center or all parts of the city. Very close to the Expo / Milan fair area Parking available free under the house. Bright and renovated apartment complete with all comforts. Possibility to rent the whole apartment or just one of the three rooms. Provided by all means to easily access the Center, at the fair and at the station. Well-kept space, in a condominium and quiet area. Supermarkets and shops within walking distance. Nearby shopping centers. Very quiet residential area. Near the mountain of San siro and the park of trenno. Very green. Shops and supermarkets less than 100 meters away. I can provide bicycles. Ample free parking under the house. Accessible by foot: train passing by train, tram 14, bus 40 and red metro. Very close to Expo fair area and 3 km to the center. Possible to request linen change with an additional cost of 15 euros per person (sheets and towels). Read the house rules carefully. 30 € extra for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Appartement vieillot, sale, encombré,

L’annonce mentionne un appartement rénové, il s’agirait plutôt d’un appartement a rénover!! Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la douche et les sanitaires,sans parler de la poussière... un four inutilisable tant il était sale ... 2 bol pour 5 convives couvert en plastique ... bref ... Je n’y retournerai pas et je déconseille ... Le propriétaire était très sympathique au téléphone (nous ne l’avons pas vu vrai) mais je me demande si elle visite son appartement de temps en temps ...

Buongiorno. Sono molto dispiaciuta per tutti gli inconvenienti da voi riscontrati. Purtroppo a causa dei miei tempi lavorativi non riesco a passare nell'appartamento per visisonare la pulizia e l'ordine . Lo affido a una collaboratrice che oggi contatterò per chiederle come mai l'appartamento fosse sporco e rimedierò ai difetti . Le chiedo scusa Patrick . Sono molto amareggiata che il vostro soggiorno nel mio appartamento non sia stato gradevole . Scusi ancora .
