Villa with a special charm, highlighted by panoramic views over the town, with the sea in the background. The enclave is idyllic, surrounded by a small garden, and next to a fruit orchard. The site is very quiet, and at the same time, it is located close to the town, the area of restaurants and bars, is about 300 meters away, so you can walk, since in the center it is not easy to park. The Villa has two parking spaces.
La Cala de Deia, is at a distance of 1.5 km, so by car you can get there in 5 minutes. The house is built following the typology of the area, with finishes that enhance the quality of the building, on the other hand is equipped mostly with furniture by prestigious designers, other pieces of furniture are the work of artisans and cabinet makers of the area The canvases They are local painters, and other foreign artists, who have done much of his pictorial work in Deia.

The house is located a short walk from town in a quiet neighborhood. The house is simply furnished but quite comfortable. The highlight of the house is the outdoor patio which offers stunning views of the town and countryside. Deia is a lovely town, without the tourist crush of many of the hillside towns in the area. The house was clean and had a good supply of dishes and glasses. The beds are good. having a washer/dryer is helpful. We would stay again if we were returning to Mallorca.

Herrlicher Blick auf den Ort Deia
Wir haben uns in Antonios Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ort. Das Haus liegt in erhöhter Lage, so dass man einen wunderbaren weiten Blick auf den Ort hat. Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die sehr alte, teilweise schlecht funktionierende Küchenausstattung, wie z. B. der Wasserhahn des Spülbeckens, fehlende Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee und verstopfte Düsen in der Spülmaschine.
