Brisa Chilches are two houses located on the beachfront, fully equipped to make your stay a few wonderful days.
Both houses have a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kitchenware ...), washing machine and dryer, chill-out roof terrace, barbecue area and outdoor tables, Smart TV ...
We put at your disposal everything you need to take advantage of your holidays and that you can forget about everything.

We have the cleaning service with Ozone that allows us a complete disinfection in a short time.
All our apartments are sterilized before check-in and after check-out.

Brisa Chilches is the best place to disconnect and enjoy your vacation. In addition, Chilches offers a wide range of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful gastronomy of Malaga. You will find about 700 meters approx. a Mercadona supermarket. It is located on the beach and about 20kms (25 mins. By car) from the center of Malaga. In addition, in its surroundings you will find a shopping center, water park, cinema and you can also do any type of sport you want such as surfing, sup, golf, hiking, fishing ...
The Residencial Teresa complex is a quiet and respectful set of semi-detached houses, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The house is perfectly communicated by highway with the most important cities in its surroundings, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, Nerja ... It is 20 mins. from the center of Malaga and only 25 mins. from Malaga airport AGP.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft , zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gepflegt. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz für den Mietwagen war vorhanden und immer genügend Platz zum Parken. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Danke nochmal. Einziges Manko: bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen war leider nicht möglich, da die N 340 genau an dem Haus dran vorbei führt. Aber es gibt ja eine Klimaanlage.... Alles in allem super Haus, zentrale Lage. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Casa perfecta para pasar unos días en la playa. Con todo lo necesario para un grupo de 10 personas (frigo Americano, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora...) Camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio.

Perfecto para fin de “en familia”

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestros 4 días en esta casa. Amplio para 9 adultos Usamos todos los espacios: barbacoa en el patio, noche de juegos en la terraza. Quedamos encantadas con las sofas donde vimos un par de pelis juntos. y lo más bonito la playa enfrente donde nos bañamos en noviembre!! Muchas gracias
