Brownside Barn is a fabulous, detached 200 year old barn conversation situated in the friendly village of Newton in Cartmel. The property is located a short 2 minute stroll from the local pub/restaurant.

The property is ideally located for easy access to the Lake District attractions. It is a mere 10 minute drive to Cartmel, Newby Bridge, Grange Over Sands and Lake Windermere.
