Basque style townhouse of 130 m2 in the heart of Biarritz (St Charles area overlooking the golf course of the lighthouse) with a terrace of 20 m2 facing south and without any nuisance. Completely renovated in a design spirit and charged with life, the house consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7 with a 4th bedroom proposed if necessary in the basement), 1 TV room / library, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large living room opening onto a beautiful south facing terrace and a large kitchen.
Garage for one car with possibility to store surfboards and bicycles. Reserved parking in front of the house.
Beach, golf and downtown on foot.
A haven of peace in the heart of Biarritz for an unforgettable holiday without a car.
On site, a concierge service will take care of your welcome and will be at your disposal to ensure the smooth running of your stay.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Toll ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vermieter haben auf Fragen immer sehr schnell reagiert. Sehr sympathisch. Die Lage perfekt. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen (Strand, Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplatz...). Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir kommen wieder!

GENIAL PARA VERANEAR EN BIARRITZ

La casa es preciosa, está muy bien equipada y es muy agradable. El sótano es un poco húmedo, pero con las ventanas y la puerta abierta se seca rápido. La zona es muy tranquila, sin ruido, y muy cerca de playas maravillosas. Recomendación absoluta para alguién que quiera ir en verano a Biarritz. Muchas gracias a Fethia (que nos recibió) y a Christine -la dueña de la casa- Lo hemos pasado muy bien!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la location de cette maison, agréable, bien située entre la plage, le phare à proximité et la calme d’un quartier résidentiel avec des commerces proches. Cette location est adaptée pour un séjour biarrot en famille ou entre amis. L’accueil a été simple et très attentionné. La maison est grande, et bien entretenue, le patio permet de profiter de l’extérieur et chaque chambre possède un lit double permettant un couchage confortable. La cuisine contient le nécessaire. La maison est chaleureuse et nous avons passé un très bon moment. Seul le sous sol est un tout petit humide mais comme toutes les maisons à Biarritz. Merci ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Een heerlijk huis op een fijne plek

Een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is zeer goed gerestaureerd met fijne douches en slaapkamers. De inrichting is smaakvol. Heel fijn aan het huis is de indeling met verschillende leefruimtes: een aparte keuken, tv kamer, woonkamer en een prima terras. (dat lijkt klein op de foto, maar is heel prettig om te zitten). Je kan makkelijk met een groot gezin in het huis. In de garage/berging is ruimte genoeg voor fietsen en surfboards. Er zijn enkele buurtwinkels op 5 minuten, het strand op 10 minuten en het centrum op 30 minuten lopen. Parkeren is geen probleem in de fraaie en rustige buurt. De gastvrouw heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen en goed geholpen toen wij in de loop van de week wat vragen hadden. Tip aan de eigenaars: voeg nog wat mooie foto's toe, het huis verdient dat.
