A mid-terrace cottage in the Derbyshire town of Matlock, it can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
216 Smedley Street is a terraced property in Matlock, Derbyshire. It provides three bedrooms which includes two double rooms and a twin room accessed through one of the doubles, it also comes with a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep six people. Its interior also comes with a kitchen/diner with a gas fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, find plenty of roadside parking as well as a rear garden including a courtyard and a raised garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. 216 Smedley Street is a tasteful cottage in a fine location for touring Derbyshire and the Peaks. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
Amenities: Gas central heating, gas effect fire, woodburning stove. Oven and hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, slow cooker. TV, WiFi, variety of books & games. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Fold out child’s bed available on request & ‘toddler’ pack including step stool, toilet seat, toys. Clothes hanging space provided for each bedroom. Allocated Parking. Front and rear patio areas and rear courtyard (not enclosed). 2 well-behaved dogs welcome but due to the cottage being in a terrace where residents have access, they are required to be on leads in both the front and back garden at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Pub & butcher 2 minute walk. Shop 10 minute walk. The Cottage is situated high on Matlock bank which is away from any risk of flooding with lovely views across the valley. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with llimited mobility. Please note this property is only for holiday/leisure purposes
