Kleines Reihenmittelhausin ruhiger Lage

Sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeber. Modern eingerichtetes Reihenmittelhaus im südöstlichen Teil von Knokke. Da nicht direkt im Zentrum ist es ruhiger dort. Gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen.

Die Beschreibung ist gut, aber….

Das Haus/Wohnung war wie beschrieben aber komplett mit Garagen umgeben. Die meiste Zeit waren die Nachbarn nicht da und das war gut so. Weil der Eingangsbereich/ Terrasse sehr klein ist bekommt man vom Nachbarn alles mit. Das was mich persönlich genervt hat, war die Treppe ins 1. OG. Die Ist so laut und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung auf der Treppe.

C était pour nous une première comme logement à la côte belge sans être au bord de l eau mais fort sympathique à vélo proche de tout chouette pied à terre pour tout âge (famille recomposée) bien équipé, un peu d entretien de fond s impose on y retournera !

Schönes Haus in idealer Lage

Super Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet (wie auf den Fotos), die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Knokke ist ein charmanter und mondäner Badeort und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Baden, für Ausflüge nach Brügge, Gent und Holland.

Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit großer Küche.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und hat eine enge Wendeltreppe ins Obergeschoss, die bei jedem Tritt quietscht. Unten ist alles sehr großzügig. Oben die Zimmer sind durch die Dachschrägen sehr eng. Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft alle Zimmer nicht gerade im allersaubersten Zustand und wir haben erst mal eine Stunde geputzt. Leider hat der Vermieter trotz Hinweis hierauf nicht auf die Gebühr für die Endreinigung verzichtet. Die Terrasse mit Eßtische gehört den gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen gemeinsam. Da die Nachbarn eigentlich immer da waren, war diese Nutzung für uns sehr eingeschränkt. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig zum gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz und zum Supermarkt. Zu Fuss bis zum Strand waren es jedoch wesentlich länger als die angekündigten 20 Minuten.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus. Zentral gelegen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider ist das Grillen auf der Holzterasse nicht möglich. Das Haus ist insgesamt recht dunkel aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Vermieterin ist sehr nett. :)

Insgesamt in Ordnung, Dusche war zu dem Zeitpunkt defekt, man konnte keine Temperatur einstellen.

Die Wendeltreppe nach oben ist Sehr Laut, falls man oben schon schlafen möchte und unten im Wohnzimmer/Küche sich noch Leute aufhalten und später ins Schlafzimmer nach oben gehen, wird man diese bei Treppen steigen hören. In der Küche befanden sich noch die offenen Verpackungen samt Inhalt vom Vorgänger. Sowie auch im Kühlschrank. In den Schubladen wurde gebrauchtes Besteck wieder einfach reingelegt. Sonst ist die Küche gut Ausgestattet.
