In an ideal geographical and logistical context between Syracuse and Val di Noto, Avola is a beautiful village overlooking a wonderful sea, where culture and cuisine combined with the warmth of the people generate an ideal environment to spend their holidays, and where the "black" 'Avola' expresses its best.
At 7km from Noto, 20km from Syracuse and its Ortigia, 18km from the Vendicari reserve, a few miles from the picturesque nature reserve of Cava Grande and its famous natural lakes.
Not far from some fantastic places like Marzamemi with its famous tuna, Portopalo and the island of the currents, Ragusa Hybla and Modica famous for its chocolate.

Location conforme a l annonce. Le propriétaire très disponible et a l écoute de nos demaned.

La location est très bien située , entre Syracuse et Noto, toutes les commodités proche de la location. Très propre et agréable cette location dispose d’une piscine commune mais assez grande pour huit personnes.

Comme dans les photos, l'appartement est très bien soigné, au calme. Paolo sera vous rendre service en cas de besoin. On peut aller à la mer à pied et les magasins ne sont pas loin.

Abitazione di qualità superiore sia negli spazi che nella cura dei particolari delle stanze.Spazio verde bellissimo proprio come nella descrizione fotografica del sito.Pulizia ottima ed elevato confort nelle dotazioni dell'appartamento;gli elementi aggiuntivi (biciclette,ombrellone,sedioline)compresi rendono il soggiorno superconfortevole.La localizzazione permette inoltre vacanze di riposo (vicinanza di spiaggia libera o attrezzata con mare fantastico)alternate a vacanze culturali e naturalistiche(Noto,Siracusa,Marzamemi,PortoPalo e Riserva di Cavagrande ,Vendicari ecc.)Ineguagliabile l'accoglienza,i consigli e la disponibilita' di Paolo e Famiglia:Per concludere un'esperienza da ripetere

Inmejorable

Estancia perfecta. El recibimiento de Paolo y Antonella fue inmejorable. Nos recibieron con una bandeja de dulces, botella de vino... Nos hicieron sentirnos en casa. La proximidad de la playa (a 5 minutos) consiguio que nos relajaramos en nuestra ruta turistica. Todo momento pendiente de nosotros, pero dandonos intimidad. El apartamento perfecto con un jardin para disfrute, con mesa y sillas que hacian nuestras cenas una delicia. Sin duda recomendable e incluso con pena de no habernos quedado mas dias. Gracias Paolo y Antonella. Esperamos volver a vernos

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Ausserdem kann ein schöner Garten mit Schattensitzplätzen benutzt werden. Der schöne Sandstrand von Avola ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni in questa casa e siamo stati molto bene... l'accoglienza dei proprietari Paolo e Antonella è stata gradevole, con prodotti del luogo e i consigli utili su posti da vedere e dove mangiare...la casa è molto accogliente e silenziosa e lo spazio esterno ampio, verde e meravigloso. A 10 minuti a piedi dallo splendido mare di Avola. Circondati da persone molto gentili e ospitali, gli otto giorni trasorsi ad avola, nei confrt ben descritti sull'annuncio, sono stati da 10 con lode. Consiglio a tutti l'affitto della casa.

Bellisima Vacanza.

L' ospitalità di Paolo e Antonella è una cosa che non ha davvero competitori, all'arrivo siamo stati accolti da un grandissimo sorriso come se ci si conoscesse da sempre, ci hanno accompagnato in appartamento, le camere arredate con gusto , pulizia impeccabile , veramente tutto perfetto! Quello che ci colpito in modo significativo è stato l'affetto di Antonella e Paolo e dei loro due figli, simpatici e scherzosi. Che dire..........bellissima vacanza e posto dove tornare sicuramente!!! Grazie Paolo e Antonella.

La vacanza ideale.

Prima volta nel Siracusano, mi sono trovato benissimo sia per la casa che per la famiglia che ci ha ospitati, Paolo, Antonella Denny e Veronica, cordiali e generosi; non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla facendoci sentire di casa. Il posto, oltre ad essere spettacolare per cultura, storia, cucina e mare stupendo, è l'ideale per poter visitare i dintorni: località di mare e favolose città barocche. Due settimane indimenticabili. Grazie ancora caro Paolo!

Bel appartamento in villa con splendido terrazzo , nuovo e molto pulito . Vicino alla spiaggia di Avola .lo consiglio a tutti spece per la gentilezza e disponibilita' dei proprietari di casa Antonella Paolo Danny e Veronica , che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra .

Perfect place to stay to visit South of Sicily!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The hospitality of this family is amazing. They filled the fridge with fresh fruits, cold water and drinks for the kids. Local wine and cakes. A really warm welcome! Thank you all for that! The apartment we stayed in is accommodated with 2 good sized rooms and the structure is modern. The place was really neat and there was a seating in the garding (thankfully with shade too). The owners know the surroundings and they informed us well on some sightseeing and nice beaches. Bikes were available too, so we first biked around to get to know Avola. We stayed for 4 nights and we hope to come back again, there is much more to see around this part of Sicily and yes we would definitely stay here again! Thank you all for taking good care of us!

Eccellente appartamento, incredibile ospitalità

Splendido appartamento in villa 1588594. Appartamento molto bello, nuovo e super accessoriato (non solo i climatizzatori ma anche le zanzariere e un tv lcd in ognuna delle due camere da letto), arredato con gusto e ricerca dei particolari, funzionale e architettonicamente delizioso. Colpisce per l'eccellente pulizia. Bellissimo il giardino nel quale si può godere della tranquillità del posto.Ma ciò che più ci ha lasciato senza parole è l'ospitalità incredibile di Paolo e sua moglie Antonella. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato entrambi ad accoglierci insieme al figlio, che da buon geologo e conoscitore delle zone ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare. Una volta entrati in casa., sorpresa ....il frigo pieno di tanta frutta fresca e bevande per dissetarci e sulla tavola ben apparecchiata una bottiglia di eccellente vino per meditare sulle bellezze del posto, la dispenza provvista di tutto l'occorrente compreso caffè, latte ecc ecc. . Che dire....grazie Paolo e Antonella per lo splendido soggiorno che ci avete offerto e per l'impagabile sensazione che ci avete regalato con la vostra gentilezza e disponibilità facendoci sentire non clienti ma ospiti graditi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!!
