It was such a cool house. We loved it!! Reminded us of the Brady Bunch...hahaha. Beds were comfy. Pool was amazing. It was a great stay for 8 over 60 girls group.

We had a great stay and enjoyed having a pool during our August stay the ability to host a small gathering in addition to the guests staying for my 50th birthday.The hosts were very helpful with any questions I had, and it was nice that the floorplan was all on one level.

We had a great family vacation here! The house provided the perfect amount of space for our group of 10 and could have comfortably fit more! The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day. Overall a really great experience! Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Great place for a large group! The whole house was clean, check in process was smooth and communicated before hand, there’s on site parking and plenty of street parking, and the pool was so nice to dip into on a hot day. Location is central to Fredericksburg! A few things to note just so there’s no surprises: 2 beds in the entertainment room are couch pull outs, and there are ants in some of the bathrooms but that’s to be expected on the first floor.

This is a great home for our large group. It is not easy to find a place with 5 bedrooms on one level. So loved how well the house is stocked and comfortable, plus so close to downtown. I only wish we had time to enjoy the pool. Look forward to going back.

This house was perfect for a large group. Our family came from California and Texas to get together for a wonderful birthday celebration, which also turned out to be a surprise proposal. The house was clean and laid out perfectly for a large group. The pool was clean and refreshing. The air-conditioning was more than perfect in the house, especially during a hot summer. Bathroom had more than enough towels and washcloths and there were six barstools and two countertops and a table that could seat eight comfortably. It was a wonderful weekend. Thank you for everything.
