Hosting three bedrooms; a double, bunk room, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen, dining room and sitting room, both with an electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden to the front and rear, decked patio and furniture. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views, Pengullyn is a beautiful cottage in a homely part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fires. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden to the front and rear, decked patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, £30 dog charge per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
