Located in the northern area of the island in the prestigious residential urbanisation, Manresa,

for its tranquillity and proximity to the sea and the town of Alcúdia.

Just 500m away you can enjoy, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches in this area,

San Joan beach, a place very popular with residents.

Two-storey house with 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and two full bathrooms.

Large living-dining room with direct access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and mountains.

Independent furnished and equipped kitchen.

Ideal house to relax with our climate and Mediterranean sea, for both families and groups of friends.

I really recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca

We really enjoyed our stay. Maria and her family were very welcoming, shared there tips about places to eat, supermarkets and nearby beaches. When we checked out they went out of their way to help us, since our plane left quite late. All in all I really recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.

Our stay was excellent

Our stay was excellent and Mariana is great at responding rapidly. The house was clean and is as beautiful as in the images. Location was also excelente. We did have a problem with electricity in one of the rooms. There’s was no AC in one of the bedrooms so we weren’t able to sleep there because it was so hot. Other than that excellent place and excellent hosts !

Es war noch schöner als erwartet!

Perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Angebundenheit. Ideal für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Man hat alle Möglichkeiten: im Haus und auf der Terrasse entspannen, einen Spaziergang am Meer mit dem Wechsel aus Felsen und Sandstrand genießen, die gute fußläufig erreichbare, wunderschöne Altstadt von Acudia mit Kultur und Gastronomie besuchen. Der kleine Strand ist wirklich sehr schön. Sehr gute Lage auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr freundliche und großzügige Vermieterin. Völlig problemloser Ablauf. Ausstattung der Küche: Schneebesen, Pürierstab/Kartoffelstampfer

Das Haus war in einer ruhigen Gegend in zweiter Reihe zum Meer. Schöne Strände waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants aber eher mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (z.B. auch Radl, Babystuhl und Babybett). Die Kommunikation zu Check In und Out war sehr gut und flexibel. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die Lage ist sehr nah am Meer. Badestrände bzw. sehr schöne natürliche Bucht sind nicht mehr als 500m entfernt. Die Betten waren mit angenehmer Bettwäsche überzogen. Der Wohnraum ist offen und einladend.

Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe des Hauses, teilweise auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. In ca. 300m Entfernung befindet sich ein Köstenabschnitt mit Felsen, der für Erwachsene auch zum Baden geeignet ist. Sandstrände in ca. 800 - 1500 Metern (verschiedene) gelegen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr einfach und unkompliziert, sehr korrekt! Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt, teils noch darüber hinaus. (Zum Beispiel Badesachen für den Strand, Fahrräder oder ein Kajak. Im Prinzip alles wie beschrieben. Allerdings alles schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Durch leichten Wasserschaden war alles leicht feucht und der Geruch bei der Ankunft entsprechend. War aber nach einem Tag lüften erledigt. Ansonsten sehr ruhige, schöne Lage. 100 Meter zum Meer. Nächster kleiner Strand 500 Meter entfernt. Wer einen ruhigen unaufgeregten Urlaub sucht ist hier sicher nicht verkehrt. Kleine Abstriche bei der Ausstattung waren für uns kein Problem. Gastgeber hat sich umgehend um kleine Probleme gekümmert. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
