Central Protaras is about 1.5km away and within a 2km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, organised beaches and much more.

The nearest beach is Green Bay and a bit further down are Lombardi and Vyzakia Beach, all with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
