Near the highway, IDEAL LOCATION to VISIT Sicily.
Located by the sea. Just cross the road to dive into the waves.
Ideal for those who love the sea, without the stress of reaching the beach.
The house is an oasis surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
Apartment in villa with entrance, garden, parking and outdoor and indoor spaces, totally independent.

The 1st floor housing, welcomes the VERANDA-1 seafront: furnished for maximum comfort (sofas, swing, table for breakfast, lunch / dinner outdoors). Sitting on the swing, it is the maximum of RELAX. You can enjoy the sound of the waves and the scent of sea breeze.

SALON overlooking the sea: cozy and bright, with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove.
KITCHEN with sea view: Complete with oven, microwave and oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is the VERANDA 2 facing the sea. Which allows you to have lunch while looking at the sea.
LIVING ROOM / Living room (facing the sea) - is large and open to the kitchen. It accepts the LAPTOP Computer POSITION (table, comfortable chair, pc stand, multiple sockets, light, stationery). Radio and CD player.
BATHROOMS 2: one complete with tub and shower. The other complete with shower, washing machine and laundry sink.
BEDROOMS 3
The VERANDA 3 is situated on the mountain side: spacious and welcoming, where you can find the barbecue area.
On the ground floor a large GARDEN welcomes:

Sizilien im Oktober einfach super!

Sehr schöne und hübsch eingerichtete geräumige Wohnung direkt am Strand.Ich war mit meiner Freundin Anfang bis Mitte Oktober dort und Wetter war genau paß,nicht zu heiß aber warm genug um zu schwimmen und sich zu sonnen!Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gab uns Tipps für interessante Ausflüge und war immer erreichbar wenn man ein Anliegen hatte.Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Rosa,dir ein herzliches Dankeschön und wir sehen uns ganz bestimmt wieder!

Casa incantevole, proprietari gentilissimi, posizione perfetta.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 per 7 notti ed è andato tutto splendidamente. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla Signora Rosa e la sua famiglia: persone splendide, gentilissime e molto disponibili, oltre ad averci offerto una fresca limonata hanno comprato per noi biscotti tipici del luogo. La casa era dotata di ogni tipo di confort, mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovissimi e perfettamente funzionanti. La terrazza è un vero gioiello, si affaccia sulla spiaggia La Playa ( che dista circa 10 metri dalla casa),perfetta per godere del panorama al fresco. Come detto, per raggiungere la spiaggia basta attraversare la strada. Li vi sono innumerevoli lidi ma anche spiaggia libera. Castellammare d'estate offre un comodo servizio di navette serali gratuito per il centro, la fermata più vicina è a circa 200 metri. Il supermercato più vicino è raggiungibile in 10 Min a piedi. Che dire? Il nostro soggiorno è stato più che positivo principalmente perché la casa ci ha permesso di rilassarci e divertirci contemporaneamente. Naturalmente consigliatissima!

Spacious beachside accommodation

This is a light, bright, well equipped villa. Three large bedrooms and comfortable living space. Very clean and well maintained. Parking for two cars in secure gated yard. Lovely verandah for outside dining and relaxing evenings overlooking the beach. Lots of Lidos on the beach which were all closed during our stay so no local entertainment but then again it was lovely and quiet. Great location for touring this part of Sicily and the marina in Castallemare Di Golfo is fantastic for fish restaurants. Rosa and Giuseppe made us feel very welcome and were hugely generous on arrival and helped us with ideas on where to visit and also with our lost luggage. Such lovely people who made us feel very welcome. Also highly recommend Vernaci in the town for ice cream.

No Place Like Home... unless it’s Rosa’s place!

That’s exactly how she made us feel. She welcomed us with a basket of goodies and a bowl of fruit! The home is so spacious, bright and super clean! The views are beautiful from many of the rooms, open, airy, just perfect! We were a family of 5 in the home for a week and there was plenty of space for all. The front porch swing, overlooking the beach, was my favorite spot of all! The location was great for touring other places as well and we would definitely stay here again when visiting this area of Sicily. We highly recommend it! K.S. USA

Un’abitazione top !!!!

Questa abitazione merita in tutto e per tutto 5 stelle. Spaziosa, sempre ventilata, ad esattamente 10 passi dalla spiaggia e dotata di tutti i comfort che desideravo ( doccia esterna,zanzariere, barbecue, aria condizionata, lavatrice). I proprietari sono delle persone gentilissime ....ci hanno accolto con una fresca limonata e sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Impeccabile anche la pulizia della casa. La consiglio vivamente, sopratutto a chi come noi ha una bambina piccola.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, praticamente sul mare ed è vicino a tutti i servizi. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le spiagge della zona. I proprietari sono gentilissimi è sempre disponibili.
