Heart old village - private garden - 5 mn port / beach / shops. Large apartment (104 m2) and quiet and quiet loggia on exceptional private and enclosed garden (400m2). Overlooking the garden through a large bay window, the apartment consists of a large double living room, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including a separate. It is fully equipped: washing machine and dishes, flat screen TV, Internet .. Garden furniture: deckchairs, table and chairs. Parking in the basement closed, possibility of a place in front of the residence. Beach Lavandou 3mn and Saint Clair 10 minutes walk by the coastal path.
Other beautiful beaches are accessible by car in 15 minutes (Brégançon, Cabasson, Cape Negro etc.) On the port (100m), many opportunities for boat trips to the Levant islands (Port-Cros National Park and Porquerolles Island) and along the coast. Access (airport and train station in Toulon).

Fabulous low-key apartment with loads of space and character. Perfect location & amazing garden.

Loved the apartment and the access to wonderful beaches nearby. Very well-equipped place for a holiday. Only thing for us - we like to travel light - was not having the option to rent bedding and towels. Lugging all this from UK was a hassle. Would otherwise definitely stay here again. Very helpful Gardienne on site who provided the keys for access to the building and explained the processes. Parking is on site, but quite complicated via a lift system. We mostly found free parking near the port.
