This is a good size detached family bungalow with all the homely modern requirements. It sits in an elevated position with stunning sea views to the front. Looking towards Bude, Boscastle and Trevose lighthouse. To the rear is a large child friendly garden with far reaching rural views. The property is quite and bathed in natural sunlight from sunrise to sunset. Located 1 mile from Northcott Mouth beach and 1.5 miles from Bude Centre. Lovely walks, cycles and beach days right on your doorstep.
