The house was beautiful! Well thought out with everything that you could need, even down to a cool bag and picnic blanket for a trip to the beach. The beach is a short walk away which is just lovely. Check in and check out is very straight forward and all the information you need is in a very useful app. The owners have clearly put a lot of time and effort into the property and we can highly recommend it for a beautiful stay at the beach.
Fantastic place to holiday! The house was really spacious and possible to relax in both the kitchen and living room. Loved sitting on the sofa in the kitchen with the patio door open, soaking up the winter sun. Bedrooms all really good size. The photo makes the twin room seem small but it’s not.
Right by the beach- 5 minutes walk, especially once you know the short cut out of the road, and over the sand dunes. Lots of shells to pick and great sand for sandcastles ( not that we made any!).
We also did kite buggying with Camber Kitesurfing. Well recommended and very patient coach! We had dinner at The Owl which made the best fish pie and a great selection of puddings, all of which were so good!
Rye was a good hours walk along the beach and river, and we felt there was enough there to go back a couple of times.
Great house and great location. Owners very helpful and communicative.

Lovely family house just 5 mins from beach
The house is a nice 3 bed modern family house on a residential estate just 5 minutes from Camber wide sandy beaches. It is dog-friendly. It's very comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need.

well presented, comfortable for family of grandparents, parents and two year old grandchild
Property was very clean (even after pets have stayed there) well decorated and comfortable. Reasonably toddler friend, had to move a few things out of reach! Location good, 5 minutes to lovely sandy beach. It has dog free area allocated which is good when small children are around. Various places to visit within reasonable distance, Bodiam Castle was a hit with granddaughter and parents (lots of ducks to feed), Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, Hastings Aquarium ok but a little expensive. Found a week was enough with a toddler especially as weather wasn't very kind to us! Overall, an enjoyable break for everyone and would recommend accommodation to anyone (except people who cannot manage steep stairs). Richard and Sophie looked after us well .
