We were in the area for our son’s wedding. The Sequim Heritage House was a lovely place to stay for our extended family for six nights. It’s a lovely older home with a super convenient location. I especially enjoyed taking my daily walk out the front door, walking all about Sequim. The host was ever so friendly and helpful.

Jay, first of all thank you for choosing the Heritage House. It was fun to hear about the wedding & the picture was fairytale like.
Many people enjoy the location for a variety of reasons including yours. I am glad you & your family enjoyed your extended stay. Most sincerely, Winnie
We loved coming home to the Heritage House after a day of sightseeing on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. Cozy and fully equipped — the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice! Winnie was great to work with. Thanks for listening to God … because of that we got to be the beneficiaries of a beautiful retreat home.

Melinda, your group was such a delight to host. You left everything so neat & tidy.
I am assuming you read the framed newspaper article about the Heritage House’s 100th Birthday Celebration in which I told how God “gave the house to me” nearly 25 years ago. I am so glad I listened to Him and am grateful that it has allowed me to share it with nearly 1,000 guests…including you. Blessings, Winnie
We had a family reunion, and the house was an excellent setting, with plenty of space both inside and out. The host was very friendly and responsive. The garden was just lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Sandra for taking the time to write a review. You were wonderful guests and the plant gift was very unexpected & will be a treasured addition to the garden.
Thanks again for choosing the Heritage House. So happy you had a great family reunion. It would be a pleasure to host you as returning guests. Sincerely, Winnie
Thanks, Karen. I enjoyed hosting your group & was happy that you had a “wonderful” visit. I appreciated you taking the time to write a review. Sincerely, Winnie
We had a great time! At first we were concerned because we had children and there were breakable items throughout the house. We moved them and it wasn’t an issue.
The house was amazing, beautiful, quiet for being in town . Would definitely love to book again .

Melissa, thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am glad you enjoyed the house & your stay. It is a special place & I enjoy sharing it. Sincerely, Winnie
This cute house was a step back in time. We had a large group and the rooms were quite cozy. There was plenty of space to spread out or all come around the dining room table and play games. Wish we would have been there a few weeks later for the lavender festival but the grounds are beautiful none the less. The house was really well stocked, everything we could want and beds were comfy. Wish our stay was longer. Lots of personal attention from the owner, you can tell she adores her house. If we’re ever in the area again we would see if we could stay at the Heritage House!

You were wonderful guests & I would certainly welcome you back. Most sincerely, Winnie
Eleven of us stayed in Heritage House during a visit to family who live in Sequim. The house has lots of space indoors and outdoors for people to spend time together, or be on their own. We loved playing Pictionary in the living room, eating breakfast together in the dining room, and eating lunch in the covered outdoor area. People napped in the hammock, worked by the window in the dining room, and chatted in Adirondack chairs on the lawn. The location allowed us to walk for coffee at Hurricane Coffee, buying fresh bread at Pan D'Amore on the way back, visit the Saturday Farmer's Market, and walk to the Tap Room and Salty Girl's Seafood. There was plenty of parking - we had an SUV, a truck and at least one car. The fully-equipped kitchen and Washer/Dryer made life very easy. Check in/out was simple and Winnie checked in on us via text to make sure everything met our expectations. We will definitely stay at Heritage House again in the future.
Fantastic spot, wonderful host, and all around amazing experience. We were there for the annual lavender festival, which was a total treat, but this would be a great spot to stay at any time of year. Highly recommended!

Beautifully maintained home from the 1900 era. The accommodations were luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable, and the interior beautifully decorated and furnished. The host was exceptional, waiting up late for us because of a delay in our flight. We will be back!

We loved our stay. A friend group of eight who came to Sequim to bike ride the discovery trail. Heritage house was in such a great location for coffee shops/restaurants. The home was very clean and well appointed. A lot of room to relax, inside or outside in the garden. We definitely would stay again. Winnie was easy to communicate with and eager for us to have a great time and we did!
