This is a villa of about 90 square meters. located in an excellent area and recommended for relaxation, surrounded by greenery. Located a few meters from the beach, with private and direct access and located a few km from the center of Cefalù, exactly 8 km away.
The villa has indoor and outdoor areas.
The internal area is designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people and there is all the equipment to accommodate you in the best way with all the comforts you need, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen large enough to to be able to host everyone comfortably. We inform you that the management is ready to give you all assistance on any problems, information.
The outdoor area instead is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda is the top to spend most of the days. Externally we provide: barbecue, tables and chairs for outdoor and to finish reserved parking space.
The proximity to the beach, makes the structure excellent for any eventuality ... both in the case of small children, both for those who do not want to take the car, and for disabled people. The strong point is precisely the fact of having everything at hand. It is also possible to use both the public beach and the beach equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs (for hire) and a bar, without forgetting the lifeguard service offered.
