Sea Home is a stunning seafront property with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the house consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs.

The outdoor of the house consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a stunning view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is possible easily to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Sicily at its best: Five star beach villa

This is holiday in Sicily at its best! You are welcomed by a charming and helpful owner in a stunning beach front villa and a location second to none. Modern style in a Mediterranean setting. Everything was spotless clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool, the BBQ and outdoor kitchen (what a delight for having an omelet for breakfast), the beach right behind the garden door, the table tennis, a local bakery and the excellent restaurants in nearby Pozallo. Vincenzo, the owner, is very helpful and caring, excellent in communication, providing an outstanding service that makes a difference.

If the Four Seasons did villas in Sicily...

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful relaxing time we had in this beautiful villa. Modern, quiet, peaceful and spotlessly clean with the most stunning views over the private pool to the sea beyond the end of the garden. Vincenzo was fantastic and a wonderfully generous host, welcoming us and giving us great advice on the local restaurants, everything from the best places to get the most mouthwatering canoli and coffee for less than €3 to Michelin starred restaurants. He responded quickly to WhatsApp/texts but never intrusive, a perfect host. I didn’t want to write this review and keep this little piece of heaven a secret, but Vincenzo deserves every success with this stunning villa. We will be back, I just hope it’s not fully booked!

Spectacular stay!!

My family and I had the most amazing experience at this property!! We were given contact details of the management company before we arrived and they were always there on hand if needed. Francesca in particular was amazing and sorted out our taxi transfers to and from the airport and also for our day trip to Ragusa. We even had a face to face check in with Giulia who mentioned she offered massages at the property which was a real treat! The property itself is beautiful but I would advice to bring along a few essentials such as hand soap, washing up stuff, shampoo etc. the location was very secluded although it was only a 15-20min walk to the local town of Marina de Modica. There are a couple of restaurants there which were recommended by the management company. We decided to do a day trip to Ragusa which was a must!! It was the most beautiful city which was only a 30min taxi ride away. All in all this was a great property and we all had the best time just relaxing for a week!

We stayed for one week in the villa and we loved every minute of it. Everything in the house is well thought through, immaculate and stylish. The view from the house is breathtaking. Vincenzo was very kind and he left us a welcome basket filled with fresh fruit, vegetables and pasta. He was very attentive throughout our stay, with lots of recommendations for places to visit in the region. The villa is in a great location; easy to reach and only a short drive from the lovely cities of Ragusa and Modica. We’re looking forward to come back in the near future and have recommended it to our friends.

Sea Home

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful property. The house is very well equipped and in perfect condition throughout - spotlessly clean. Great outdoor area. Vincenzo was an outstanding host and all arrangements were very smooth and straightforward. Great location in South East Sicily. Highly recommended.
