Apartamento cerca de la playa Can Berenguer
Beautiful, very bright apartment. Located very close to the beach, it has beautiful views of the lake and the mountain.
It has a small private garden. It also has a terrace so that your holidays in Mallorca can be as warm as possible.
Inside you will find the kitchen, fully equipped, a very bright living-dining room thanks to its large windows, which, moreover, has direct access to the terrace, four double bedrooms with terrace and two full bathrooms.
It is located in a very quiet residential area but very close to all services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop. In addition, it is located just 350 metres from one of the best beaches on the island, known for its kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters. It is for all these reasons that we consider it an ideal area to enjoy with children.
To protect our guests from theft and assaults, the address is approximate.
Check-in and check-out are flexible, as long as there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.
IMPORTANT. For bookings from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total of their booking in advance through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the remainder will be paid on the day of their arrival or 10 days before.
-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.
-IF THE BOOKING IS MADE THROUGH HOMEAWAY OR BOOKING, 30% WILL BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, NEVERTHELESS, YOU HAVE 15 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY.-YOUTH GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD WHO WISH TO BOOK MUST DO SO UNDER REQUEST.-PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE PROHIBITED.
