Less than ten minutes by car from the beaches and old town of Antibes, Le Valbosquet residence with two swimming pools and tennis court is both quiet and close to all the amenities.
The spacious 92 sq m house which sleeps 6 adults has 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms which were refurbished in 2023. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
One of the residence's two swimming pools is just a 20 second walk from the front door! Here you will find sun loungers and parasols for relaxing.
Alternatively there is a small rear garden with a large table for alfresco dining
The house has ultra high speed fibre optic internet and WiFi.

The nearest supermarket and bakery are a short drive or 10min walk away.

The residence is easily accessible from the A8 motorway - the fastest way to get to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and all the other Cote d'Azur sights. But if you prefer you can also access these by train from Antibes station.
Nice airport is16 kms away

All linen including beach/pool towels is included

7 night or longer rentals preferred, but will consider shorter rents outside of July and August

Fantastic Antibes holiday

This is my 3rd visit to this great house We visited Monaco, Nice, Cannes all by train. Antibes beaches and smaller villages of Mougins, Biot easily accessible by car. Only 20 mins by car from Nice airport. The lovely clean pool is directly opposite and is never very busy. The house has everything we needed for a great weeks holiday, 4 lovely bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and a quiet private garden area for relaxing & Al fresco dining. We really didn’t want to leave, already planning a visit next year!

Spacious home stay with great community pool

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults. Both of the full baths were very modern. We all had enough space. Parking was never a problem and being able to swim at the pool across the street was great. Originally we planned to be a group of 6 adults (1 couple and 4 singles) but I don't think that would have worked out very well. Maybe for a family with children up to 6 people would be comfortable. Also in the summer the bedrooms might be very warm or too warm for some people to be comfortable to sleep. We used candles to keep mosquitos out and be able to have windows open. But even with fans on a normal summer night the temperature will be about 25 degrees Celsius. Keep that in mind. Plan enough time for check in and check out since the house is in a gated community and you need to wait for neighbours to drive through the gates on your arrival and final departure. During the entire stay that is not the case and is otherwise not really a problem. The kitchen, amenities and furniture made our stay really feel like we were at home
