A sunny one-bedroom apartment with a South-facing balcony in a central yet residential neighbourhood, on the doorstep of the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro.
LIVING/DINING The joint living and dining area is incredibly bright due to the large glass sliding doors, which lead onto the balcony with flowers and potted plants. The seating area offers two sofas and two arm chairs around a wooden coffee table and a flat screen TV in the corner by the mirrored wall. The second half of the room is occupied by the dining table, which comfortably sits up to six people.
KITCHEN Separate and fully equipped, the kitchen is accessible via the living room. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, an oven/microwave combo, an electric hob, a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and general furniture and a Nespresso machine, to name a few. There is also a big window and an informal breakfast bar on the side.
BEDROOM The bedroom boasts a super-king-size bed, a chest of drawers, an occasional chair. The large window basks the room in natural light, whilst the mirrored-built-in wardrobe directly opposite, amplifies this effect.
BATHROOM The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, a bidet, a double-sink basin, storage space and shelving and a large mirror. Please note that the toilet is separate.
OUTDOORS The pièce de résistance of this lovely apartment is the South-facing balcony, accessible through the sliding glass doors of the living room.

Our stay in Paris was great. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. The location was great. Metro and RER very close. Nice options for dining. Grocery was door steps away. Just two suggestions…more towels…we were there 10 days and 2 towels each is not enough. (More were offered at a fee!) and second, another cooling fan. It was hot and only one fan was not enough! Just want to mention, the bed was so comfortable! The area was quiet at night. Very nice!
Loved the apartment. Very well furnished and supplied, though I could have used some instruction sheets on the microwave and washer. Very quiet. We were international travelers with early morning arrival and late afternoon departure. There was not much flexibility for early or late arrivals and no ability just to store luggage so we could walk the neighborhood. That being said we did get in 2 hours early upon arrival. Greeter was prompt. The area was lovely. Covered market nearby and fun. Good restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get to Metro. Would return especially if I had more normal arrival and departure times.
Very well furnished and comfortable. Quiet environment. Close to metro station. For sure, we will go back next time in Paris.

really nice looking onto old beautiful apartment
“The aparment is really nice with great windows looking onto an old beautiful apartment building across the street. The bed is super comfortable and the building is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There is everything you need very nearby - bakery, grocery, well-stocked convenience store, metro, velib station, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again.

Why they chose this property
The 16th arrondissement is to Paris what the Upper East Side is to New York, a truly affluent and very chic and sought after area of this amazing city. The 16th is home to some of Paris’s most wonderful museums like the Marmottan, Guimet or its own Museum of Modern art. The 16th arrondissement is also home to Roland Garros, host of the French Open tennis tournament. This arrondissement is slow-paced and best for ambling about; discovering places like le Palais du Trocadéro or Jardin d’Acclimitation, home to the world’s oldest operating amusement park. This arrondissement is also where you will find the Louis Vuitton Foundation and Bois de Boulogne.
