YOU CAN RENT ONE OR TWO HOUSES INDEPENDENTLY (4 BEDS + 1 FOR HOUSE).

"Cinciarella" and "Peppola" are located in a beautiful private 'fairytale park' setting, surrounded by ancient walls, on the hills surrounding Sarzana, an ancient town with a wonderful historical center from the houses).

"Borgo del Castello" is divided into two separate homes that may be rented together or separately. "Cinciarella" and the smaller house is "Peppola".

"Cinciarella" is composed of 3 floors and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On entering ground level, "Cinciarella" has a dining room with a table for six. Downstairs is a small living room with a fireplace that overlooks the garden area. The upper level has a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed and a bathroom with a Victorian style bathtub.

"Peppola" is a two story rental. Upon entering the first floor, a guest bathroom (toilet and sink) and a small but well-equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a master bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed. With a shower.

The houses were just restored and have been very tastefully decorated. Each house has wonderful outdoor dining areas.

Located at the base of the hills, Liguria meets Tuscany, Sarzana is 30km from the Natural Park of Cinque Terre and 12km from the Natural Park of Monte Marcello, 15 km from Carrara's marble caves on the Apuan Alps, 30 km from Forte dei Marmi and its beaches, 35km from Viareggio, and 60 km from Lucca and Pisa. The closest airports are Pisa (60km) and Genoa (100km).

Außergewöhnlich schöne, ruhige Lage. Im Haus - wir hatten das kleinere von beiden - findet sich alles Notwendige. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sarzana ist eine sehenswerte ligurische Kleinstadt, sogar fußläufig erreichbar und von dort aus kommt man auch gut mit dem Zug in Richtung La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florenz... Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten, Badestrände sind mit Auto bzw. Zug erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind alle sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen und sind von dieser Region sehr angetan.

Schöner Garten und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem schönen großen Garten bzw. Park, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter waren sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Toller Ort nahe dem Mittelmeer

Evelina Podesta-Lucciardi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, spricht perfekt englisch und hilft , wo es nötig ist. Die Gegend rund um Sarzana ist spannend, guter Ausgangspunkt für Kurztrips nach Pisa und Florenz. Zum Mittelmeer ist es nicht weit. Das Haus liegt in einem großen privaten Park. Einziger Nachteil in diesem Sommer war die große Hitze, gegen die mit einem kleinen Ventilator nicht anzukommen war. Tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Ci è stata assegnata la più piccola delle 2 case. Spazi ristretti. Posizione incantevole, in un parco privato, fronteggiante un castello di fine '700, ma un po' troppo lontana dal centro per raggiungerlo a piedi. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e solerte nel fronteggiare una serie di malfunzionamenti. L'appartamento necessiterebbe di una manutenzione preventiva più efficace.

Sehr schönes Haus in tollem Park

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos mit einer schönen Terrasse mitten in einem parkähnlichen Garten . Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie wohnen im Sommer direkt gegenüber. Sie sind zuvorkommend und wirklich sehr nett und helfen bei allen Fragen sehr gut weiter. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ok, könnte noch etwas erweitert werden (Mokkakocher für 2-3 Personen und Weingläser wären beispielsweise toll). Die Tips der Vermieterin sind sehr gut und haben uns zu tollen ganz typischen Restaurants und schönen Stränden geführt. Pisa und Lucca sind ebenso wie die Cinque Terre in jeweils einem Tagesausflug gut erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

beautiful property with lovely owners

we had a wonderful stay at these two homes. check in was easy as they met us at the property with a smile and kindly showed us around the houses. we very much enjoyed our stay. the grounds of the house are beautiful. we enjoyed dinners outside under the olive tree. both houses have good working kitchens and everything you would need during your stay. they are also nicely decorated and very clean. i would recommend renting both houses. our family enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. thank you to the very thoughtful and kind owners.
