Razorback Retreat! Custom Razorback House! Available for UofA Graduation!

Our Razorback Retreat is perfect for Razorback Game Weekends, BBBQ Week, Ladies' Trips, Family trips, or any get-away to Fayetteville! This house is less than a mile from Razorback Stadium and even closer to Bud Walton Arena! It is a very easy walk to the games. You will see hundreds of fans walking along this route to the games. We have totally remodeled this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with hog décor in every room! TV's in all three bedrooms. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and includes a Keurig Coffee Maker and beautiful red granite countertops. The kitchen does have a dishwasher and the refrigerator has an icemaker. Each bedroom has a new queen bed with the most comfortable mattresses! The living room has two custom ordered comfy sofas and a flat screen Smart TV. There is also a FOOSBALL table in the living room! Free WiFi is also provided. The Razorback Retreat House has a washer and dryer and we provide your laundry detergent. Fresh Towels/washcloths will be ready for you in the bathroom. All bedding will always be freshly cleaned. We had the beautiful hardwood floors refinished and all the rooms newly painted. We customized the outside of the house with new white siding and a Razorback Red metal roof! A charcoal grill is provided as well. The house has a small covered front porch you can sit on and relax! This is especially fun when the Hogs win! The street that runs in front of our house will be busy with ballgame traffic for about 20 minutes following a football game. Since the house is walking distance to the stadium (less than a mile) you will be back to the house long before other fans! Bud Walton Arena and the Razorback Football Stadium are less than a mile from our house. This is a very easy walk. In fact, across the street from our Razorback House is a large parking lot where people pay to park for the Razorback games. You will see hundreds of fans walking to the games along the way as you head toward the stadium. Many restaurants are also within walking distance or an easy drive. The conveniences of the Razorback Retreat are endless! Come stay with us for your visit to Fayetteville and you will never want to stay in a hotel room again! If you try to count the razorbacks in the house you will get into the hundreds!
We own TWO MORE Razorback Themed houses in Fayetteville. Keep this in mind if you have a group larger than 6 or if you just want to check out our other houses. One sleeps up to 12 with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the other sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
One idea that some of our guests have already taken advantage of is to rent one of our houses for the entire Razorback Football Season! Then you know you have a tailgate house for every home Fayetteville game!

Awesome Property

What a great place to hangout with friends and enjoy Arkansas athletics! Houses are decorated to the max with Razorback memorablia and it makes for a very fun environment. Host was a fantastic communicator and the property was well kept. Glad we choose the Hog Houses for our college football trip.

Fun little Hog House

Such a fun house for a weekend stay. Our family traveled from Memphis to see and explore Fayetteville. We are UGA fans, but we love visiting other SEC towns, and this home was perfect for us. Our kids loved all of the signed memorabilia throughout the home.

An easy 5 star rating for myself and our group. I doubt you could find this much neat Razorback memorabilia even in a store. I will definitely see if this place opens up on my future trips to Fayetteville.

A very fun place to stay, decorated so fun and very clean!! Nice owners! Great location and easy walk to the game for us. Had a few high school football players with us and they spent most of their time playing football in the field across the street. (When they weren’t at the game, of course.) Pretty view from the front porch. Easy for our daughter, living in the dorms, to come over. Great weekend had by all!!

House is perfect-it's decked out in Hog decor and was very comfortable for our group of 6.

There were lots of little "extras" that made us feel welcome and added to the enjoyment of our stay. The owners did an excellent job making this house comfortable, Hog themed, but not tacky or cheap at all. This house is a great location! We walked (less than a block) to Con Quesos (delicious!) and Whattaburger for food. Con Quesos stays open late-we had a night game and walked there for tacos to-go after the game. And if you need beer-there is a large liquor store right there/walking distance. We took an über to get closer to the football stadium before the game, but then walked back. It wasn't too bad. We had some extra friends come hang out before the game and they parked across the street at the junior high. There is no street parking, so the parking lot was convenient. In the kitchen-the only thing we were missing was a can opener and wine bottle opener. We also ran to Wal-Mart to get lawn chairs so we could sit out front. The back yard has a table and small grill, but we wanted to be out front to see all the Hog fans coming in. Overall-we all LOVED the razorback retreat and will be back!

This home is sparkling clean and when we arrived Tracy had left a gift basket and graduation signs for our son who was graduating from U of A. Charming place to have spent the weekend for graduation, and my parents were able to park in the school parking lot across the street in their motor home and be walking distance from us.

This was the most cozy house we have ever rented. The owners were the nicest and most hospitable hosts and all of our party really had the best time during our stay. The house has the perfect location and is close to everything. The attention to detail at the house is second to none. It is very clean and the beds felt like we were right at home.

Wonderful Home!

We stayed here for family weekend and it was perfect! The owners were sweet and accommodating. We were able to walk to the football game so parking was not an issue. Fully stocked kitchen or many restaurants within walking distance and close to the highway. The house was a lot of fun and got us into the Razorback spirit! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We only stay at VRBO's instead of hotels and I would highly recommend!!!

Fun, great for families, very convenient, excellent owners

We stayed here while looking at the university and for the Ole Miss/UA football game. It was just what we needed. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and there was plenty of room for five of us. The owner was very thoughtful and easy to work with.

We have always been huge Razorback fans! About 15 years ago we bought our first Hog House in Fayetteville. We were having a hard time finding a hotel room for Hog football games and basketball games. We live about 2 hours away from Fayetteville so we love having a place to stay when we come to town! We purchased an old home near the UofA campus and remodeled it. We decorated it completely in Razorbacks inside and out! Through the years, we had the opportunity to purchase more homes in Fayetteville as they came up for sale. If you have a large group and need more than 3 bedrooms, be sure to ask us about our others! We have three daughters so we have big plans someday for them to bring their families to the Razorback games and stay in all of the houses!

Why they chose this property

When this house went up for sale, we knew we had to have it because of the location! We love owning property so close to the University and so convenient to other places in Fayetteville!

What makes this property unique

The location of the Razorback Retreat is a unique benefit! Being able to offer more than one house to guests is a unique benefit. We have rented to families coming in for weddings, graduation, or reunions. A soccer team inquired recently because they came to Fayetteville for the state tournament! However, they needed all three houses and this one wasn't quite ready! These are just a few examples of the benefit of us owning three rentals all next to each other!
