* Espera Beach Front Residence, is part of Kimata BeachFront Retreats, an iconic complex which includes six independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities & private entrances. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes feature their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex.

Prepare a Cretan feast in the charcoal BBQ and enjoy al fresco meals under the linen-shaded dining area. The beachfront deck offers mesmerising sunset views—a front-row seat to nature’s most beautiful show.

Designed across one single-level layout, this 145m² residence offers convenience and comfort in equal measure. With an open-plan design and abundant natural light, the interiors blend modern comfort with coastal aesthetics. Accommodating up to six guests in real beds, Espera Residence offers thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together.
