Villa SABATERA Moraira Costa Blanca – Private pool, garden and comfort

Discover Sabatera, a village with a special charm, decorated with cheerful colours, which give the village a fresh and marine air typical of this fishing area of the Costa Blanca. Located just 1.5 km from Moraira where you can enjoy its beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.



The villa is distributed on a single floor and has a bright and cosy living-dining room with a fireplace and air conditioning, a fully equipped American kitchen, the dining area located in the glazed gallery with access to the swimming pool, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that share a bathroom with a shower and another individual bedroom (without a connecting door).



The fourth bedroom is separated from the main house and is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, with air conditioning, and its en-suite bathroom.



Lastly, there is the pool area and the outdoor terrace where there is a small dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom. Outdoors, there is a gas barbecue, table area, and sun loungers for sunbathing.



The swimming pool will be the ideal place to spend free time taking a dip and contemplating the views of the trees surrounding the villa. The house, on the other hand, will become the perfect backdrop for holiday photos, thanks to its Mediterranean colours: white and indigo blue.

Grosse désillusion

Maison très mal entretenue, tout comme le jardin rempli de déchets. Barbecue inutilisable, aucun placard dans la dépendance, canapé taché de moisissures, garage minuscule. Une déception énorme à l'arrivée par rapport aux photos. Nous n'avons pas passé un bon séjour, une très mauvaise expérience

Estancia muy completa e intima para un grupo de chicas de 18 años de viaje de fin de curso

Somos un grupo de 7 chicas de 18 años, y hemos venido aqui como viaje de fin de curso. Nos ha gustado mucho por toda la intimidad que tenia la casa, y que estaba cerca de un supermercado y a 20 minutos de la playa y los establecimientos. La casa para lo que buscabamos estaba muy bien y muy completa, pero si que es verdad que nos hemos encontrado alguna situación un poco desafortunada, por ejemplo, nos pasamos la estancia pidiendo que recogiesen las cacas de perro que nos encontramos el primer dia y nunca se recogieron. Otra cosa sería que sin avisar, entraba gente a la casa, muchas veces mientras dormiamos. Y para finalizar, el septimo dia dejo de haber agua caliente. Pero a pesar de todo esto fue una estancia agradable y muy completa, no nos faltó nada y sin duda repetiriamos !!

Maison peu entretenue

Maison bien placée, dommage que le disjoncteur saute dès que l'on allume deux appareil électrique, maison peu entretenu, vaisselle dépareillée. Il est indiqué pour 8 personnes il n'y y que trois chambres !!! A l'arrivé plus de Gaz pour le chauffe eau, Bref une maison qui pourrait être bien mais pour 6 personnes et avec un entretien et une mise en conformité électrique.
