SABATERA - Villa with private pool for 6 people in Moraira

Sabatera is a villa with a special charm, decorated with cheerful colours, especially blue, which give the villa a fresh and marine air typical of this fishing area of the Costa Blanca. Located only 1,5 km from Moraira where you can enjoy its beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is distributed on one floor.
In the main house you will find a bright and cosy living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning, open plan kitchen equipped with all you need to cook during your holidays, the dining area situated in the glazed naya with access to the swimming pool, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds sharing a bathroom with shower and another single bedroom (without connecting door).

The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house and is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Finally there is the pool area and the outside terrace where there is a small dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. Outdoors there is a gas barbecue, table area and sun loungers for sunbathing.

The swimming pool will be the ideal place to spend your free time bathing and contemplating the views of the trees surrounding the house. The house will also provide the perfect backdrop for your holiday photos, thanks to its Mediterranean colours: white and indigo blue.
