Fantastic place for a blissful holiday

The apartment is lovely with the views out to the ocean to keep your gaze occupied however long you stay! Perfect location for a chilled break with immediate access to the quiet beach where you won’t struggle to find a spot to relax. A little hidden gem for those wanting to escape the rat race to a home from home and just enjoy the sun, sea and sand with the welcoming knowledge that this is all on your doorstep! No need to do a thing but get the shopping in from the convenient supermarkets located about 3 mins away get your cozzie on and relax 5 *

Maravillosa estancia.

La ubicación y las instalaciones. La comunicación con Alberto y la flexibilidad de entrada y salida. La facilidad e independencia para entrar con las llaves en el cajetín. El sofá está muy muy deteriorado,ESTO ES LO MÁS DESTACABLE. Poner más toallas porque teníamos una de manos para dos personas y una de cuerpo para cada uno y esa misma para el pelo. Las sartenes y la espátula son muy antiguos y de baja calidad. Un toldo en la terraza para poder utilizar la terraza mañana y mediodía. Para cuatro personas sobraba mobiliario en el salón. Un poco incómodo.

Recientemente tuve el placer de volver a hospedarme en este fabuloso apartamento, sigo impresionandome con el lugar por la tranquilidad y por sus vistas en las que puedes disfrutar de un buen amanecer y de su atardecer. Excelente ubicación para los que buscan estar en calma y relajados ya que es una de las pocas zonas de Dénia que no está masificada. La limpieza es de 10 y tienes todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Espero volver el año que viene!

Très belle résidence, agréable séjour.

La résidence est très bien entretenu, piscine, espace vert, ménage ... impeccable. Parking en sous-sol accessible même pour une voiture imposante. Majorité de propriétaire dans la résidence, environ 30 appartements en duplex. 2 étages avec ascenseur. Le logement est calme, propre. Vu magnifique depuis les deux terrasses. literie parfaite à l'étage, pour le canapé ... il a un peu vécu !!! Petit bémol sur le logement : manque cruellement de vaisselle, ustensile de cuisine, aspirateur. Un parasol serait le bienvenu même si le logement est situé à l'est (levé du soleil) on est en Espagne ... Un petit salon de jardin serait aussi le bienvenu, les deux bains de soleil ne sont pas confortable du tout manque un petit matelas.

Muy buen sitio para desconectar y relajarse

Lo mejor del ático es su cercanía con la playa, te acuestas y te levantas con el sonido de las olas, es muy relajante, la playa muy tranquila y poco concurrida, al menos en mayo. No tiene arena fina pero para nosotros eso no fue un inconveniente. El sitio es tranquilo, no hay mucho por los alrededores, es un lugar como decía, para desconectar, descansar y pasear por el borde de la playa. Tiene plaza de garaje y piscina, la cual no utilizamos, el ascensor estaba roto y parecía roto desde hace mucho tiempo. El ático estaba muy bien, se nota en algunos aspectos que va necesitando alguna que otra remodelación y un cambio de toallas y ropa de cama, pero el colchón es muy cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario, aunque echamos en falta sal, azúcar y aceite. Pero por ejemplo había papel de cocina, cosa que siempre echo en falta en otros alojamientos y el detalle de dejarnos leche, agua y cápsulas de café de bienvenida, es de agradecer. Las dos terrazas que tiene son un lujo y desayunar de cara al mar o leer un libro al atardecer no tiene precio. También había un juego de mesa tanto para adultos como para niños que nos divirtió mucho. En conclusión fue una maravillosa estancia, mi hija de 8 años, mi marido y yo lo disfrutamos mucho y lamentamos el tener que marcharnos. Pd. La devolución de la fianza sin problema.

Bella vista.

El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor, está muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas y la ubicación es perfecta para quien busca tranquilidad. Pero sin duda, lo mejor que tiene este apartamento son las vistas. Para la próxima, estaría bien poner una sombrilla en la terraza. Gracias.

Es una zona muy tranquila y agradable. El apartamento es, como mucho, para 4 personas. El sofá cama que está en el piso de arriba se convierte en una cama minúscula a la altura del suelo que no es nada cómodo. Es un edificio muy tranquilo y con unas zonas comunes muy buenas, sobretodo para los niños.
