The accommodation

Apartment immersed in the quiet of the countryside 3 km from Lake Garda, on two floors, first floor and second floor. On the first floor there is a large porch that offers a view of the beautiful moraine hills, the kitchenette and living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and anteroom. Upstairs beautiful attic area with 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. The house is equipped with all possible comforts. Also beautiful in the autumn season and for the Christmas holidays (Gardaland's extraordinary opening period, the large amusement park).

Large spaces surrounded by greenery with the presence of 2 separate swimming pools, soccer field and tennis, open in the summer months.
Nearby there is a small landing strip, where on reservation and weather assessment you can have a wonderful flight experience on Lake Garda

Tolle Anlage und Umgebung aber Früh Morgens laut

Die Anlage ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage und vor allem der riesige Pool sind toll. In nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Weingüter. Direkt am Gatdasee (15min mit dem Auto) ist es absolut traumhaft. Nur haben uns die Nächte den Urlaub etwas vermiest. Gegenüber kräht der Hahn ab Sonnenaufgang (5:30 Uhr). Kurz danach ist die Straße direkt neben dem Haus gut befahren und sehr laut. Daher konnten wir keine Nacht ausschlafen.

Altes Haus auf Schick getrimmt

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Check in hat leider nicht so gut geklappt. Da wir erst den Schlüssel für die falsche Wohnung erhielten. Und dann in der bezogenen Wohnung der Nachbar landeten. Das ganze ließ sich aber schnell klären. Die Wohnung ist schick hergerichtet, auf den zweiten Blick aber eben schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was man am oberen Bad Merkt. Die Lage ist eigentlich schön ruhig, bis auf den Hund vom Nachbarn und den Hahn der jeden Morgen pünktlich um 5 Uhr unser Kind weckte. Man muss sich auch bewusst sein das es hier schon ländlicher ist. Es riecht gerne mal nach Schweinestall und es gibt viele Fliegen. Was aber durch die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern nicht stört. Das ist wirklich super. Ermanno scheint auch sehr nett zu sein, zumindest über WhatsApp wahr er sehr freundlich und half sofort. Was etwas störend wahr, ist die Tatsache das es für zwei Wohnungen nur einen Müll gibt. Unsere Nachbarn haben uns die Mülltonne noch einmal komplett voll gemacht vor der Abreise. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man wahr Life beim Italienischen Abendessen der Nachbarn dabei. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr gut erholt.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen des Gardasees. Ermanno war sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit.

Au calme avec une grande piscine et à 15mn de Sirmione

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement d’Ermanno. La grande terrasse, partagée avec l’appartement d’à côté, à une vue directe sur la grande piscine (environ 10m x 20m) de la résidence. La climatisation dans les 2 chambres est un plus quand il fait chaud. Ermanno nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour nous rendre dans l’appartement. Le soir, c’était agréable de se balader dans la ville close de Sirmione et au Lac de Garde. Nous avons fait du parapente à Malcesine, c’est un peu loin mais si vous avez une voiture, c’est absolument à faire avec Riccardo « Tandem Paragliding Malcesine ». Nous l’avons fait en famille avec nos 2 ados, c’était magique. Et détente dans la piscine en rentrant, c’était juste parfait. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement. Merci Ermanno pour votre accueil.

Alles bestens

Tolles, individuell gestaltete Ferienwohnung in guter Erreichbarkeit zum Gardasee. Check-in Vorgang sehr unkompliziert via Schlüsselbox, perfekte Vorabinformation zum Objekt via Video - daher war die verspätete Ankunft von uns gar kein Problem. Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut, Ermanno ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber,ä.

Un sitio magnífico. Muy limpio y muy cómodo. Habría estado bien algo más de menaje (algunos cubiertos más, una jarra, ...). Estupendo poder aparcar en la puerta. Un apartamento muy recomendable.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Es war eine schöne Zeit, der Vermieter war sehr nett. Sehr schön, fand ich die flexible Anreisezeit, weil man den Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselsave mit Zahlenkombination vor dem Eingang abholen konnte und der Vermieter zum Checkin ein sehr informatives Video geschickt hat. Die Einrichtung wurde vom Vermieter selbst designt. Der Pool war sehr groß, man konnte schön darin schwimmen. Die Terrasse war auch sehr groß und man hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und es war sehr ruhig. Einzig das Wlan ging nur auf der Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer und auch nur mit sehr langsamer Geschwindigkeit aber der Vermieter entschuldigte sich bei der Abreise dafür und versprach daran zu arbeiten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt ... die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und hat alles, was man braucht. Ermanno und Frederico waren immer für uns da. Unsere Kinder (und auch wir) haben den Pool sehr genossen. Die Terasse ist sehr schön und hat den Blick auf den Pool. Dort haben wir jeden Tag draußen gesessen.Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Gardasee. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Cascina della Taverna, Localita Taverna 2, etwas außerhalb von Vaccarolo (Reservierung ist empfehlenswert) We felt very comfortable... the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Ermanno and Frederico were always there for us. Our children (and we too) enjoyed the pool very much. The terrace is very beautiful and has a view of the pool. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. Lake Garda can be reached within 15 minutes. We strongly recommend the restaurant Cascina della Taverna, Localita Taverna 2, just outside Vaccarolo (reservation is recommended).
