About this property

Darling 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage, brand new. Sleeps 5-6. All new appliances, brand new furniture, open floor plan just steps to the sand. One garage parking spot. It is walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and shopping.
The great room has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, a daybed reading nook, flat screen tv, and all new furniture.
The kitchen features all new appliances, kitchen island and bar seating and has all the amenities.
One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has twin over full bunk beds. Air mattresses can be provided upon request.
The cottage has 1 garage space. It has an outdoor patio with seating and a bbq. The cottage also has heating and A/C.
Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and surfboards and kids toys also available.

Love’d it!

This listing is exactly as pictured. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean it is. The beds were nice. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. Neighborhood was super quiet. I’m already looking for availability to come back soon.
