We love to walk and found it easy to access restaurants and coffee shops. Used the hop on hop off from St. Andrew’s square along with Ubers for far away places. The flat was perfect for our group travel. Wish we had a longer stay lived Edinburgh.
This was a spacious apartment with nice living space. The space is very clean and very comfortable. The location was great only a mile and a half from old town while a few blocks away from restaurants and pubs apartment was as advertised and we would definitely stay there again.
Perfect location , beautiful layout. Privacy for family with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen; lovely living room. Free parking with daily QR code permit.
Our stay was comfortable, plenty of room for our group of 6. We loved the flexibility of eating in a few dinners and breakfast. Kitchen had everything we needed. Back room across from kitchen is warmer than the rest, but easily remedied by opening a window. Confusing place for lockbox key, but friendly neighbor assisted when walking her dog. Awesome place, close to public transportation.
The apartment was clean and well appointed. The location is excellent for exploring on foot. The parking was good. Getting the QR code to work for the parking was a bit difficult. The draw backs were the floors creaked very loudly which was disturbing at night if others were up. The master room mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place is as described.

Great apartment in a very nice area of Edinburgh. Everything was good, size of rooms, cleanliness etc. Only issues was heating which had a mind of its own, set to 24 C etc, we fixed it after 2 warm nights. Biggest isue was check in. There were 9 lockboxes, all had been turned to same code so other people had same problem. It was dark, raining and very confusing.

Nice apartment with comfortable furnishings. Close to restaurants, bus and tram line. Photos showed separate washer and dryer but that wasn’t what was in our unit. Restrictions on using washer/dryer was inconvenient as you were not allowed to use it before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. and we were out all day and often didn’t return until after 8:00p.m. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. I would book again at this property.

Decent for price but not much there
The location is a little off the main areas so you need a car or an Uber ride to get somewhere. The beds are ok, nice to have 3 bathrooms but the place was not very clean. The floors in the kitchen and bathrooms need a good scrubbing. Otherwise, the place served its purpose. It is rented by a company, not a person, so we had trouble finding the lock to get the key and had to talk to a company to get the instructions. Other than that, no problems.
This Edinburgh flat was very clean. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. Walking to into the old town was a little bit of a hike for my 75 year old Mom, but taxi's were fairly inexpensive. The area around the flat seemed to be pretty safe. We didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
