Modern, newly built country house, located on the outskirts of Artá.

It is only 1 km away from Artá and 10 km from the sea.

The house offers a maximum capacity for 6 guests. It has 3 double bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite and another bathroom, a toilet, a living-dining room and a furnished, well-equipped kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as in the living - dining room, which is open to the kitchen.

Next to the pool there is an annex with a bathroom and a built-in barbecue.

Spacious property with a large swimming pool, lawn, natural garden with native trees.

The town of Artá, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is a place that you should definitely get to know.

It has about 25km of coastline where you can enjoy virgin beaches, also with the Marine Reserve

and the Natural Park, in addition to having an important historical and cultural heritage.
