Beautiful apartment type 2 located on the ground floor, with an area of 44 m2.
The spacious and bright living room has 2 bay windows giving access to a large terrace with veranda of 13 m2
All shops nearby.
The double sofa bed offers excellent quality sleeping.
The bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed and a wardrobe. The sleeping area consists of 2 bunk beds of 90. All these beds are also of excellent quality.
Well-equipped kitchen area. Bathroom with bathtub. WC independent of the bathroom.
Comfort: Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, color TV, DVD, plenty of storage, parking.
