About this property

Le PRESSOIR DE NEUVILLE IN THE HEART OF THE PAYS D'AUGE WITH HEATED SWIMMING POOL

Large gite (300 m2) completely renovated, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge.
Located in a park of more than 50 hectares you will be able to observe the deer and other animals in all freedom. The south facing terrace offers a beautiful panorama of the valley of life.
You will find everything you need to rest and relax in the heated swimming pool. (swimming pool to share only with the owners).
You can on request visit the castle framed by two beautiful turrets of the 18th century and a chapel.
Located less than an hour from the main Norman beaches (Deauville, Trouville, Houlgate), this cottage will also allow you to discover the heritage of the Pays d'Auge and high places of the landing.
Mathilde and Paul-Jean will be available to the extent possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You can call them or send an email for any request before and during your stay.
You will stay in a family home and you will always have an interlocutor during your stay.

Perfect start to the holiday

We stayed at Le Pressoir for 3 nights with some friends and our kids on the way to SW France. The location and the grounds of the property are stunning and we were immediately greeted by the hosts. We hadn't realised from the description and photographs how incredible the views from the property are. There are great facilities for the kids with the pool, pool table and ping pong, so even if the weather isn't great they are occupied. The interior is spacious, fully equipped and very clean. We wished we had booked for a couple of nights on the way home too.

Une escapade dans un cadre superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis au Pressoir du château. Le site est superbe, le jardin offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les alentours. La maison est confortable et parfaitement agencée pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes. Nous envisageons de revenir.
