Located in a quiet community just off Aveneida Espana with all the facilities you need this lovely bright and spacious duplex apartment gives you that great holiday feeling as soon as you walk in. The large living room with cozy fireplace leads out to the lovely private garden. From there it is straight on to the community gardens and two pool. On the first floor you find 2 good size double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a recently refurbished bathroom with walk in shower. The main bedroom has a good size sunny terrace. If you are looking for a property in the heart of Calahonda with all amenities and beach then look no further.

Calahonda stay.

A very good property in a fantastic location with pool and short walk to the beach. Plenty of local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and watering holes. The apartment is ground floor and the living room doors open up to well maintained gardens and pools. Air conditioning useful and in both bedrooms as well as living room. The facilities listings are accurate and ensured we had a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of local beaches to enjoy and the boardwalk provides a pleasant stroll. Aaron was a fantastic host who contacted us regularly, answered queries quickly and could not have been more helpful.
