The master bedroom opens on to the main veranda with the 2nd bedroom having its own small balcony. It has a swimming pool for exclusive use by residents of Orange Hill. There is air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living rooms. The apartment has wifi, telephone and television. Rockley Golf Course is a 9 hole par 35 course. One guest is entitled to complimentary membership throughout their stay. There are also 4 floodlit tennis courts and a bar and restaurant within the grounds of Rockley Golf Course.

The nearest beach, Accra beach, is a 15 minute walk and the popular board walk is just by this beach. Grocery shops are also a 15 minute walk. There is no shortage of restaurants and bars in nearby Saint Laurence Gap.
