Perfect home to enjoy the nature and beauty the island of Madeira has to offer. This villa has a stunning ocean view, situated in a very quiet rural area, where you can enjoy a magnificent climate in a swimming pool with endless views. This villa was built and designed to offer the best comfort to its guests. Perfect housing for families, where you can also find all the necessary amenities within a maximum of 5 minutes by car. Fully equipped kitchen. 4-ring electric induction cooker, built-in electric oven, microwave, Fridge / Freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Dining table for 6.

Sitting area, seating for 6, with flat-screen cable Smart TV, fireplace, pool and ocean view

Outside:
Infinity swimming pool, sunbeds, sun umbrella, outdoor dining table for 6, garden, shower pool, barbecue and secure parking space for 4 cars.

Cleaning will be provided every 7 days with previous agreement with the guest, however can be done in shorter periods if necessary.

All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.

There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the living area and bedrooms.

A very nice villa and very clean. Steve and Silvia are great hosts and always available for questions. Very helpful that their parents (in law) live very close to Villa Palheiros.The view is magnificient and Calheta is a good place to stay on the wonderful island of Madeira.

Superb location for a relaxing family vacation. The wifi was occasionally unstable and the odd ant found its way inside the villa. Negligible issues compared to the general greatness of the place.

einfach traumhaft

Egal ob von der Terrasse, aus dem Schlafzimmer oder beim kochen, der Blick über den Atlantik ist unbeschreiblich! Die Bilder geben alles so wider, wie wir es vor Ort erleben durften. Das Haus ist mit Geschmack und Liebe gestaltet, wir haben uns von der 1. Minute zu Hause gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern ist jederzeit völlig easy und zuvorkommend, egal welche Frage man hat. Wir geben verdiente 5 Sterne, weil einfach alles stimmt!!!

Tolles Haus, sehr sauber. Wunderschöner Blick aus dem infinity pool. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der Insel in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Lage und Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten, wünschenswert wäre bei dem Mietpreis aber ein Vorrat an Toilettenpapier und Mülltüten. Beides mussten wir kaufen. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Ein Traumhaus in bester Lage

Eine wunderschöne moderne Villa in der es an nichts fehlte. Die Terrasse mit dem Infinity Pool und der spektakuläre Blick auf das Meer ein Traum. Leider konnten wir Silvia und Steve nicht kennen lernen ,wegen Corona. Hielten aber per Email Kontakt. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in einem traumhaften Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und traumhaft schön. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und Steve war per Mail immer erreichbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Large windows to the pool side offer a gorgeous view to the sea. As the house is all new, we benefitted from the premises. Great pool outside! If you want to stay on Madeira we highly recommend this place. Very kind and helpful assistance from Steve and his family.
