Housekeeping Services
When you arrive, you can expect to find a thoroughly cleaned villa that is appointed with all linens, bath towels, and basic toiletries (beach towels are not included). The kitchen will also be stocked with basic kitchen and cooking supplies.

Our convenient location:
From the back door of the house, going left takes you to a shaded pool. Walk to the right and you'll find a large tennis and pickleball complex. A beautiful 10 minute walk takes you to the beach (driving and shuttle ride are also available). Kayak and bike rentals as well as 3 restaurants are within a 5 minute walk.

Perfect quick get away

The property was in a great location so close to everything. We enjoyed the amenities the property had as well- pool, beach, beach bar. House was plenty big for our two families- 4 adults and 4 kids. Property manager was quick to respond and very friendly! Looking forward to staying again sometime soon.

Great location

Great location as we felt safe letting our teens and young adults wander. The unit itself needs some updates, but we knew that going in based on other comments. The close proximity to the shaded pool was nice. We drove and parked at Dunes House daily.

Perfect location for a great week!

Was a great spot with so much to do! House had everything we needed for a great week. Tons of activities in Palmetto Dunes. We used the shortcut behind the golf range for our walks to the beach. Road bikes all over! Thank you to the hosts for a perfect vacation!

This Villa has been my family's vacation home for over 30 years and we love the quiet, convenient, and beautiful setting of Palmetto Dunes. Two generations have now grown up here and we all share a love of the quiet live oak woods and the convenience to walk everywhere that you need to go. We come from Tennessee and the upstate of South Carolina to enjoy Hilton Head as often as possible and we are sure you will enjoy it as well!
