Luxurious 3-br Condo With All The Comforts Of Home In A Beautiful Resort Setting

Tucked away among miles of beautiful beaches Island Links Resort on Hilton Head Island welcomes you to one of America's premier leisure destinations. Located in a secluded park-like setting at the entrance to the Port Royal Plantation, and a very convenient 2.3 miles from the Hilton Head Island Airport. Guests have a zero-entry Super pool with water features, hot tub & children's play area. Activities for families are located onsite at the Clubhouse which also houses the improved & updated fitness center located on the 2nd floor. Gas grills are also on-site for your use. One FREE hour of tennis for up to four players per day is included with each unit at the Port Royal Racquet Club. The beach is located 1.25 miles from the property, with metered public parking and there is a seasonal complimentary beach shuttle that runs between the Clubhouse and beach April through September.

The condo sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with a King bed in the Master, a Queen bed & Queen sleeper sofa in the first guest bedroom, a Queen bed in the second guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and all bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV, with DVD players and hook-ups for video game systems. It has an open dining room, breakfast bar, and fully appointed kitchen with all the appliances, cookware & dishware you may need. All your linens & pool towels are also provided for you, with an in-unit washer/dryer too. Just bring your beach towels & yourselves for a relaxing trip to Hilton Head Island with us!

Parris Island is only about 30 miles from Hilton Head Island. Our Island Links Resort is located on the north end of Hilton Head which makes this drive around 45 minutes. During your drive, enjoy our lowcountry water and scenery. Most of which looks like a painting! Also, stop by our neighbors across the bridge in Bluffton, SC if there is anything you need before arriving! We love having our Parris Island visitors and are supporters of our military and their families. Take the stress away and enjoy a weekend getaway with us!

NOTICE: As of November 1st, 2020, any reservation being made from January 1st, 2021 and on will be subject to a $50.00 plus Tax $3.00 Resort Fee per any reservation up to 7 nights that will be charges at the time of check-in. This non-refundable Resort Fee will be charged one time for any reservation of 2-7 nights. If a reservation is made for longer than seven nights, there will be an additional $50.00 plus Tax $3.00 Resort Fee charged at the time of check-in.

Spacious Unit in a Beautiful Resort

We were able to comfortably fit my mom and all of our families with 6 grandkids in this spacious unit. The resort was not only beautiful but full of fun activities and an amazing heated pool that the kids loved. Located very conveniently next to multiple restaurants and public beaches this really was the ideal spot for our family vacation!

Great for the price

Property was great. Glad we had the pool to go in after a long day at the beach. It is a bit of a bike ride to get to the nearest public beach, and I didn't love having to get off of my bike to walk it under the tunnel, especially when riding with my children; but, it was a small price to pay. Overall the property was suitable for our needs with our group of 10. There were dishes, but NOTHING else in the pantry. I expected to have some spices, or cooking spray, but nothing like that was there. My only complaint would be a bit later checkout time, like 11am. Otherwise it was convenient to everything we needed. Loved the pool bar!

Pleasant condo, nice location

Everything was mostly as described, condo was really clean and well stocked. Even provided some starter trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher soaps. The description said all bedrooms had TVs and only 2 of them did. The master bedroom tv did not have a remote with it. So really only one BR had a working tv/remote. The location is a mile from the public beach but the resort complex does offer a shuttle that runs every half hour. The pool was also very nice in size and cleanliness. My only complaint would not be with the condo itself but the resort desk. When you check in they immediately send you to the concierge who provides you with tons of info about the area and stuff. This wouldn’t be bad if it was just an option but they make it mandatory as part of check in. The concierge then requests you attend an hour session about leasing a condo at their resort. She was very pushy about it and after a long day of traveling we just wanted to check in and relax. She also called very early in the morning on the condo phone trying to reschedule it after I cancelled which disturbed everyone who was still sleeping as there are multiple phones throughout the condo. Aside from that, if we returned to the area again we would stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious

From the moment we walked into the unit, we were excited about the space. The living room and dining areas were spacious and allowed my family to enjoy plenty of downtown together. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a meal. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. We were comfortable the entire time. Check in was easy and quick. The staff were all friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation.

Furnishing’s are like what you see in the lobby of an office space. Clean, but not what I expect when looking for a condo on VRBO. Expect to pay a resort fee when checking in. It’s disclosed in write up but you pay it when checking in.

Least Favorite

I was charge a surprise daily resort fee and all the tubes drains were clogged and toiles did not work properly either we were only at the site for 2 nights for a funeral. This was a weekend stay with most if not all activities during the week. This was my 8th VRBO stay in 3 countries and by far this was the most disappointing one. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

This side canceled with out notification

The day of the reservation got yo the place to found out that the reservation was cancel and I was never notified, try to call the person in file and she was no where to be found , the property manager offer to help but they was charging me $400 more to stay it was horrible , i reserve this because my daughter Marine graduation, it was the worse experience ever I do not recommend to book with this website , it would of be nice if they will give me the same price “money was refund it “ so let see , thanks God we found Vacancy in a near by hotel .

Minor problems

The room was lovely and the resort was all that we expected. The problem was with the room availability not being ready until almost 5 pm. Staff walked into the room without knocking later that night startling our teenage boys saying they were bringing linens that we had not yet requested for the pullout sofa bed. Once we found out that there were no linens for the sofa bed, we called twice for these supplies and they were never delivered. We even asked that the linen be made available at the front desk for us to pick up as we did not want anyone entering the unit without us being present - this was not an option that they were willing to provide to us.
